Called my cell many times recently and did not leave message. I called back today and sounds like it was disconnected right away. What the hell are they playing at!

First call from this number, no message left, now blocked

Got a call from this number, and the Caller ID is just a repeat of the same spoofed number.  This is a sure sign of scammers.  I did not answer and no message was left, as usual.  These idiots are blocked along with the others!

this number called my cell two days ago. Since I was looking for a call from an 818 area code I answered it. They asked for someone named Edward (Edwards?). Lot of background noise - like a call center. Just said "Nope, wrong number" and hung up.
I've added my cell number to the National Do not Call. Totally useless. I get more unwanted calls on my cell than on my house phone (also on DNC list). Typical government run program - only law abiding citizens follow the rules, everyone else just scams it.

Thank goodness for call block lists.

Claims to be from an electric company referral.  Once I said I was an in a meeting the man on the line apologized and said he would call at some other time.

Caller id said TELEPACIFIC.  I was thinking it was the well known company of robocalling illegal activity.  Nobody there.
Will report to no mo robo.

Also got a "no msg" call. Due to above reports, I will block it.

7/25/15 14:14 PDT  Called just now.  As usual since didn't recognize name or number, didn't answer.  No msg. left so can't be too pressing.  Whatever.

The cid showed "telepacific" and phone number 818-914-3366.  No message was left.  Blocked.

Scammer - do not answer - block caller.

I answered "what are you selling"? I heard a grunt and was hung up on.  The do not call list should be changed to a you can call me list but you will credit my phone bill with the following fee:  you decide, $3 per call?

Stupid scammer just kept saying "hello? We are calling concerning your electric bill. Hello?"

I never answer unknown numbers but I get about 2 or 3 calls per day. It is getting annoying

8/03/15 11:51 PDT  Reporting to no mo.  Don't know who or what Telepacific might be and no actual message left, just several  seconds of dead air on voice mail.

This number just called and did not leave a message. Based on all the previous reports, I can only assume that it IS a scammer or telemarketer. I will be blocking!

And now it's my turn.  Oh joy.  Maybe some day someone will find a way to shut these parasites down for good, then they can go and get a real job,.  I am so sick of them all.

Got call and blocked them instantly, so tired of them!

I got a call from this number and the person wouldn't speak to my machine. The caller id said 'TelePacific'. Another scammer who is using a spoofed number or a voip call. Two traces came up with two locations and two service providers. They blocked their identity, no surprise there.
1. Canoga Park, CA - Pac-West Telecomm Inc
2. Winnetka, CA - U.S. TelePacific Corporation-CA
Definitely scammers. Block them and report them so there is a record of this numbers usage. Phone companies need to be made responsible for providing service for these scammers. Phone service is the main tool for these criminals.
