Received call at 11:04 AM EDT.  Had "Unavailable" on ID info line.  I don't answer calls I don't recognize the number.  I don't know anyone in the San Fernando, CA, area.   Checked online, but not much info found.  Most likely another scam call.

I am in Connecticut and just got a call from this number.  I do not answer if I do not recognize the caller-ID, then if they do not leave a message I assume they are a telemarketer and I block the number.  So this number has been added to my blocked call list.

My phone number has been on the National Do Not Call Registry since August 2003 so if they are telemarketers, they are violating the law.

To block calls like this I got a Panasonic KX-TGE245B that allows me to block up to 250 numbers and/or area-codes.  Panasonic has several new 2014 models that will block that many numbers.  You simply save the CID to the blocked list.  You can also block area codes by adding them to what they call a “Range List” (you are blocking the range of numbers starting with that area code).

I also bought a Panasonic phone and love it. I wish people would stop posting that they don't answer unknown calls

why they call here I don't know , I haven't spoken with them in over a year, when I tried to be polite and ask to be removed , only to have them call up to 5 times a day, once was listening to their recording and call waiting buzzed and I took that call and it also was from these low life scammers , they call the fake breast cancer charity calls the fake your computer is infected people call, tired of it ringing and some bs .

Is the 2nd call in the last couple of days, from the 818 area code.  Obvious scam, probably need to block the entire area code.

I think it is useful to know how many calls are being placed from any given number. One call is not suspicious, but if 30 people report on unsolicited phone calls from a given number, it's a pretty good clue for others to avoid answering.

Robo call from Brigitte telling me my credit card account is in good standing but they want to lower my interest rate and that this is my final opportunity to do so.

These are the internet telephone scammer calls again. Looking to get your social security number to commit identity theft.

SUNLAND,CA said it was my FINAL  CALL regarding the Federal Stimulus.  Think it was RACHEL from CREDIT CARD SERVICES.  They keep calling with the same message FINAL CALL from many different phone numbers.

The problem with posting every call is that saying you got the call does not help stop the call, and then it is like finding an needle in a haystack for information that is actually helpful.

Credit card scam, pressed 1. "Bob" came on line. Asked politely to have my number removed please. He said it was not possible and what was I willing to do to have it removed, nothing was free in this world. Told him that I would not do anything, that I just wanted him to remove my number. He then said would you lick my lollipop for my and that is when I hung up the phone. These people have GOT to be stopped. Last time on one of these calls I was called a B***h, Dumb A**. There has got to be some what to find out who these people are and stop them.

I love how the description of who is calling seems to change depending upon who received the call.  Further proof, that many of the different scams are being run by the same group of criminals.  I answered this phone call, after they called for the 2nd time today.  A fellow with an Indian accent mumbled something about "pain" relief, and so I let him know what I thought of his scamming ways.  This was the fourth scam call today, but NOT the worst of them.  The worst scam call, gave us notice that information from our bank had been stolen (very local bank, calling from across the country, NOT).  The amount of scamming going on, seems beyond ridiculous.
