This guy is a unlicensed contractor making cold calls offering help arou d the house. I was polite telling him thank you, but I'm not interested and he responded with "we'll, for a Jose...I'm glad you speak English".  Despite this racist jab at me for not needing he's shady services, I responded with laughter at the fact that this moron didn't block his number when he called me. Be cautious, only a scam artist would act this way if someone says "no thank you" to their services.

Geez -- yeah, he does need to work on his presentation skills, doesn't he? But, yeah, it's generally good to avoid these guys in any event.

despite me informing the caller that I was uninterested in his service, and that I didn't want his future services, nor any more calls, he called back immediately, to complain that I was rude to him.  This person is harrassing people who reject his service.

This duche bags name is Tom Sullivan, he called me acting like he knew me when I finally got him to stop running his mouth I realized I never met the guy and told him I was not interested and to stop calling me. He immeadately called back calling me an [***]. People like this need to be dealth with by the authority. Everyone that has dealt with this moron needs to file a complaint with the BBB and local authority.

I had work done with Quality Home Exteriors several years ago, so I guess these people make it their policy to keep previous customers' phone numbers and call them to 'follow up'.  Follow up my ass.  They've called several times and I've asked them politely to please take me off their list and stop calling me...and that if we're interested in hiring them to get more work done on our house, that we'll contact them.  They continue to call me in spite of the fact that I've asked them to stop calling, so this afternoon when they called again, I decided to answer as a law office.  Like somebody else mentioned in a previous post, the caller got defensive and claimed that he was just doing a follow-up call and kept asking for me and my husband for our names (he had our real names).  When I eventually hung up on him, he called my home phone number again and proceeded to play my cell phone's voice mail message on the phone for me to hear.  As if taunting me with my cell phone voice mail wasn't creepy enough, in his snarky voice, he decided to continue with guilting me into believing that all he was doing was following up on a previous job that they had done for us.  He was obviously hurt and determined to get my business again.  I keep the paperwork on all the work done we have on our house, so I eventually called the number on the business card (which indicates that they are registered with the Better Business Bureau) and spoke with another rep from this company.  He told me that the guy who called is named Ross (who knows if that's even true) and that he's going to probably be let go soon.  He reassured me that I won't get another call from them.  Whether or not this company lets this creep go, Quality Home Exteriors is now off our list of considerations if we have anymore construction done.  Thanks to their incessant and harassing phone calls and their rude and tactless reps, I'm really close to reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.  I'm through with being polite and respectful--I may just blow a whistle into the phone or have my crying baby scream into the phone next time they call.
