Weird call,heard singing then it stopped no one relied to my "hello" they hung up instead.

Received a call from a young man saying he had to discuss my using a mail order service for my prescriptions.  I asked four times what company he worked for but never got a clear answer. When I told him I don't need his services he insisted I did.  I finally told him my prescriptions are none of his business and he said,  "Actually they completely are."  I told him to please take my name off his call list before hanging up.  Research shows this is definitely a scam and 821 isn't even an American area code.
