Got several texts from that number.  Smelled VERY wrong.

Texted me about buying my RV listed on RV Trader.

Tried to buy a street bike it is a scam

He texted me asking about my bike, asked me if I was only owner, why I was selling it - thought it was legit so answered. Then he said started with the paypal bs - I told him that I felt he was scamming me and then he called me a [***].  How I wish we could find these people and give them their just deserved!

The guy was communicating with us about a sale he is a scammer don't answer this number ever.

Number texted about a motorcycle listed on cycle trader.  Obvious scammer, started texted ugly messages calling me [***] and [***].  Very threatening language.  Weak little scammer hiding behind a computer.

Tried to buy my bike through Craig's list. Said he send money via paypal, and then arrange for pick of my bike through a courier once I had the funds. Buying a road bike sight unseen seems fishy, but not sure how somebody could scam through pay pal.

This individual wanted to purchase a boat I have advertised on KSL. Offered full price sight unseen. He said he would pay thru PayPal and then make arrangements for transport. Just seemed too good to be true so I declined his offer. His number originated in NC, if that is the case it would cost him more to transport the boat than what I was asking for it....idiot and a waste of skin!

Scammer-Do not give out your pay pal information to anyone!

Just texted me about a bike I have on cycle trader... asked if I had it, what the best price was, if i was original owner and why am I selling it.... All of a sudden he said he was happy with condition and price....??? He's only seen the cycle trader pics and asked no questions about anything concerning the condition or anything... said he would paypal me the money and once the funds have been withdrawn would arrange for pickup via shipping co.  Its my understanding that the shipping company all of a sudden expects the cost of shipping from you the seller and paypal can't release the funds until they have confirmation that you have paid the shipping co to transport the bike.... scam scam scam.... Not very clever either.....

I dealt with the same guy about my bike and when I told him that I wouldn't confirm the transaction he said that he would report me!  I knew it was weird, I should of trusted my instincts!

almost got sucked in myself till I googled the phone # and found theses reviews.
he wanted to buy my bike doing all transactions over texting.
knew something wasn't right when a person does not call and ask questions

He wanted to buy my boat. But first said he wanted a motorcycle.

Totally agree with all these people SCAMMER... likes the paypal scam...I also had the pleasure of texting with this idiot. Just run...

Same thing.  Got an SMS about a motorcycle for sale on CT.  Not even gonna bother answering his call based on the feedback I see here.

i just got texted by this turd regarding my motorcycle.  Thx for sharing your experiences with him.  I screenshot'd one of these posts that explains his playbook.  I can't wait to send it to him and then block his number!

THANKS...just got pretty much the exact same thing for my bike ....glad I check here, going to teach all my kids and friends to learn how to check phone numbers....

Just told him cash or cashiers check IN PERSON for my bike....thanks everyone for heads up...
