Called and left a message playing music.

Called my cell phone three times in a week. I've never answered, and they do not leave a message. I just get recorded music in my voicemail.

Same thing here. Recorded music... 20 minutes ago.

Have called me every morning for the past three days, left message on my VM as recorded music.
Called it back, says voicemail inbox is full.
Who the F is this?

Just received a call from this number a second time. This time I answered, got music playing and then it just hangs up.

I too, continuously get calls from this number. I want it to stop. I can't figure out who it is. I don't know anyone in Blowing Rock, North Carolina! I think it's a prank or scam of some sort.

Called ten minutes ago.  Left no message.  Caller ID said Blowing Rock NC.  Tried to return call and went to VM stating that it was full.

they called 3 times in 2 hour span, i called them back and it said vm for 1027 full, and the VM they left me was music, i think this may be one of those scam things that was going on last year. i have registered on donotcall.gov so im not sure how these people got my number. be carefull people!!! this sucks people need to find something better to do with their lives.

Same here. 828-414-4845 in Blowing Rock, NC. Just recorded music, I waited a few seconds to see if a person would talk, nothing. Just music. I called back and got the musical / full VM junk.

If your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, then report them.  I did and added the following in the comments section:

Apparently there's a Facebook ad that's being used to scam people into disabling their numbers on the Do Not Call Registry and I am getting dozens of phone calls per day.  Some of the telemarketers that I bothered to talk to justify their calls by claiming someone opted to be called on Facebook.  The ad is apparently being used by people to maliciously add perfect strangers to the telemarketing lists or it's being abused by the telemarketers themselves.  This facebook ad needs to be investigated because it's wide abuse is angering a lot of people as is evident by many, many complaints online.

yes, all of the above about this phone #.  Music, then hang up.
How can this be stopped...it's my 4th call.

they called today  I got to ans it and  no ans no anything. I have reported to  donotcall.gov since this cell is registerd.  have gotten these  exact calls from another number as well 443-483-4323 with all of the same results

They called me just now. Said I won a $1000 shopping spree and 3 magazines for the "low price of only $3.59 per week"
they needed my credit card number to verify the order.
When i told them I don't give out my card number over the phone, they said they would call back in a few weeks with further promotions.
Carl was the name of the processing supervisor and Tanna was the girl who spoke with me first, and then put me through to Carl.
Lots of noise in the background - sounded like they were in an airport or other high traffic area.
I blocked their number.

Same thing happened to me to, I don't remember who it was, but there was lots of noise in the background too. And the lady had a chicogan accent? I dunno wierd, but I didn't give her any money.

I keep getting calls from this number too. So today a pick up. The man on the end tells me that I've won a $1000 online shopping spree. Skeptically I said alright. He then told me he needed information, like my credit card number. I told him I wasn't interested and he got very angry. So I just hung up.

My phone comes up with Active Periodicals, which is listed on the internet as a magazine company in Florida. I called their customer service - didn't get a live person, just an answering machine. I left a message telling them to take me off of their call list - I am also on the NDNCL.
