Received call from this number 11/16/12 at 3:57pm est. No message. Just usual annoyance.

Received call on 11/17/12 at 10:30 am est.  Recorded message soliciting seniors for security systems.  Level 3 Communications, LLC .  Looked up under BBB.

Recd call from 828-475-7077 - came up on caller ID as Morganton NC - which I didn't think area code 828 was for NC.  I didn't notice the number itself until I picked up the line - of course as usual -they hung up.

They play the If you are a Senior Citizen GOP election pitch..Perhaps the GOP isn't feeling so Grand and are spending what they have left in their coffers to torture the American public.  Nice!

Yeah I just got a call from this no. I called back just to see if they'd say anything and message was mailbox is full. Just another scammer trying to get money sent to them for nothing. Don't believe a thing these people says. My poor mother got scammed by a door to door snake oil salesman once he talked that oh what a pretty smile she had and she just took that all in hook, line and sinker. He sold her a spice rack full of spices, showed this smooth silky brochure with pictures, and for $30 it could be hers with a $5 shipping fee,  she was suppose to have received it in 5 days and that's been 20 years ago and its still not arrived. Now they have nice spice racks with the spices at Walmart spices for $14.95.  And above all watch out for these miracle workers who can save your home from foreclosure, I almost got into that mess, I handled it myself with the bank and saved my home myself. Don't ever fool with these kind of people they catch people at their lowest, that's their strategy. Just go by your gut feeling.

The pitch is hot and heavy and expect a literal deluge of more of these calls from a host of modulating numbers. Now that health care reform is in evitable there is much money to be made from senior citizens in United States of America. This means that seniors are entitled to care paid for by the government. This being the case telemarketers are cross references senior's names with names available with the same last names. Then they set up Robo callers using google voice numbers till they finally get you to pick up. Since they are not selling anything, the do not call list is irrelevant. As more entitlements are doled out you will see a barrage of calls hitting your phone non-stop. It will get to a level that you will eventually receive 2 or 3 Robo calls per hour- then the program will modulate the number till it gets closer to one you will pick up. You will begin to see the program search your area code and suffix in an attempt to make you believe you are receiving a call from a neighbor. You will see much more traffic on your phone over the next two years as greater entitlements become available for a variety of Americans.

Robo call scaring senior citizens trying to get them to buy a personal alert system.

I pressed the one and briefly talked to their call center.

He said the company was "Senior Medical Alert". Was all over the US but based in New York. I refused to give him my name and he said my number would be put on their internal do not call list. NOT holding my breath, lol.

I got another call from this number.  Answered it - silence on the other end.  I said DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN - DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN!  The call was disconnected then.

I have 2 young kids in bed and just got this call.... silence on the other end. If I found these people, I would make that silence permanent.

got a call from ANN at account services (robo call). Slim bags, waited for a POS to pick up and when I politely asked him to remove my number the SH just hung up. [***]

I had the same experience as Steve not but five minutes after: "Ann" at "Account Services" (robo call). When a live person picked up I requested that I be placed on their "no call" list and was promptly hung up on.

They got me too. Account services. I've been dealing with these calls for years. Asking them to take your number off doesn't help. Reporting them to donotcall.gov doesn't help. I just have fun with them now. I've given up on stopping their calls. Talk dirty, talk like an elderly person who can't hear anything... Air horn their [***] or scream in their ears... I've threatened them before and they've gotten very ugly with me calling me horrible names.. So waste their time! Keep them on the phone thinking your interested just do NOT give them ANY personal info... Make up stuff. They can steal your identity with any little bit of info they can get their slimy little hands on.

I answer this number and no one is on the line. I call them back and it says "mailbox is full".

seventeen calls in 2 hours. from this number and they never say a thing.

Anne from Account Services called to offer me to reduce my credit card rate for the 847th time (estimated).  I pressed '1' as usual, and a real person picked up fairly quickly.  She asked how much I owe on my credit cards.  When I told her that I pay them off every month, she hung up on me.  How Rude!

Anne, please stop calling me.  You're a scammer and you suck.

Asked what bank is represented after I pressed 1 and got a woman on the phone and she hung up on me.  I work for the bank b*tch.  better know who you're calling or just stop.

these people call my cell to lower my credit card rates and when I press 1 get a real person i tell them take me off my list and they hang up. i try and call back the mailbox is full.

entitlements is the new republican word.  what about old people and vets on social security, medicare and medicade.  Are they entitled too?  or are they not because they are mostly white?

lower interest rates - i'm on no call list and have reported this number to bbb.

received call 11/28 3:16pm. pressed 1 for agent who hung up on me when I asked who they were calling and why.  pitch for lower credit card rates - I have none.  no way to get them to stop calling my cell phone when I'm at work.
