Hung up when I answered, but a call back is a recording that says "To be placed on a do not call list for the number that called, please press ONE now..... *pause - and note, I did NOT press a button!!)*
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please allow us 48 hours to remove your number"

So this is a crock of crap. It's a simple recording that just assumes you will press one.

Hit 1 when the recording starts, and tell the live person who answers where to go.

Complaints filed with federal agencies this morning and caller under investigation.

Called, no answer and then asked to push 1 to be removed.

Asked for credit cards info to lower rates

I did not answer the call from 830-201-1236 and a woman left a message "from Card Services" on a credit card regarding lowering interest rates. She said to press 1. I'm glad I did not answer, or press 1.

Called my cell phone and didn't say a single word when I answered. Hung up after 5 seconds (thought I could hear someone breathing on the line?)
Number is now blocked.

Received call but did not enter "1" as directed. I called back and just got message to be put on Do Not Call for this number.  Glad I didn't since reading other comments.

Nomo killed this call.  This is the type of call I would like the NSA to investigate as these are CRIMINAL DOMESTIC TERRORISTS who affect the national recovery.  PUT THEM IN JAIL.

Got a call on my work cell phone (law enforcement agency) from this number. Recording stating it was Good Ole Rachel from Credit Card Services. Pressed 1 to speak to a representative and got another recorded message stating that I should leave my number and someone would return my call. Rachel must be at least 70 years old by now as long as she's been around trying to scam people.

I have a pre-paid phone. I don't like getting calls from unknown callers. Didn't answer and now I am glad I didn't. People please leave us working people alone!!!!!

I picked the call and automated voice regarding lowering your interest rate. It did not give me the option to opt out the calling list. I am very tired of this type of scammers.

This number calls me everyday - I've informed them I'm on the DoNotCall list and since having done that, they call everyday but when I press 1 - no one comes on the line anymore and I'm told the voice mail is full.

Called me twice today (8/19/2015). I didn't answer. Didn't leave a message.
I remember getting the "Rachel" from Card Services calls, but it's been quite a while. One time, I made her and her supervisor very angry when I asked for more information about their company before giving them my credit card numbers and balances.
