 A man has called asking for my son ,I told  him he does not live here.Than calls my husband cell phone

My husband had 2 miss calls from this number and he tried to call it back. It just says that the department of investigation does not accept incoming calls.

I received a call that I was being sued and to call a 1-866 number and give them the "claim" number. When I called all the lady wanted to do was try to confirm MY PERSONAL INFORMATION which I did NOT do and basically told her she was full of [***] an dthat I knew it was a SCAM! Her name was "Ally" with "Global Pre-Litigation"....
The guy kept calling back and also calling my ex husband, my ex sister in law, he called my work phone 6 times within minutes apart! His name was, "Johns" when you call back on his number the message says, "  the department of investigation does not accept incoming calls."
I told "John" to bring the "papers" down here to me in person....I said I'm waiting for him...lol
