Called my dad said I was in some big trouble. He offered to give them my number but they couldnt wait. Received call after posting ebay classifieds.

When you find out who they are let us know so that we are aware of them.

Said I owed money on a Visa card, and said I owed a levy against my car, when my Mom called back to validate the message, he told her that because of her bad parenting skills, her son was having a problem.

I received a call from this number yesterday regarding a "serious matter" and that I needed to return the call immediately.  It was a male by the name of Mr. Barksfield?!?! Funny, because I got a similar call from a woman by the name of Jeanine McGuire from HPC regarding the same "serious matter" just a few days before this recent call.  She called from a different number however, 727-399-7384.

Received a call from a Mr Barksdale. He called regarding a check I wrote to a local payday loan place I had just written this crap off, he said he was gonna proccess papers to the courts to have me picked up for the check if I didnt make restitution before 3pm that day. I blew it off the next morning the 2 officers knocked on my door serving a warrant for a felony count of uttering worthless checks. At my first appearance court date this Mr. barksdale guy was there on behalf of the plantiff and told the judge they would still be willing to drop charges if restitution was made. Needless to say my mom paid it and court cost to get me out. Some of these calls may be scams from other people but be aware of this Mr. Barksdale guy. He looks like he should be playing DE for the Texans moreso than being some kind of legal represenitive.
