They hang up when we answer.  Tonight i answered and they asked for my boyfriend (by name) and when i passed the phone to him they hung up.  I tried automatic redial and it wouldn't let my call go through.  Who are these people???

I just received the same call from 832-366-1100 with caller ID of IC LLC.  (Today is Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009, & the call was received at 11:09 Pacific Standard Time).  I didn't answer the call.  I have not found out any more information than you did about the identity of this company.  If you hear of anything, please post it.  Thanks.

832-366-1100... how can we get them blocked? They have called us for weeks now and will not talk when we answer. When you call the number you get a message saying your call did not go through. The "No Call List" has no recourse??

I have received many calls from 1-832-366=1100. Almost on a daily basis. Upon answering there is no response. The last one received was 1/20/09 at 5:47pm (PST). I contacted my phone company (Quest) and their response was to turn it over to the Do Not Call system.

I too have been getting calls from this number....just called the number back and it says it is a company called Innovative Consultants and gives the option of adding your phone number to their Do Not Call List.....

Tonight they called and identified themselves as Bank Of America offering protection against identity theft.  Didn't ask for any numbers or anything, so it seems legit enough.  I don't know why they hang up so much!

Identified themselves as being from Bank of America. Wanted to do a Credit Check..

Bank of America, knows nothing about this..and says to report it to the Better Business Bureau

I pickup the phone and they hangup. They never leave a message but will call everyday, sometimes twice a day. My Caller ID says IC LLC.

The caller ID came up as IC LLC. The woman said she was calling on behalf of Bank of America and was offering enrollment in an identity theft program. I'm going to contact BoA about this to see if it's legit. She didn't ask me for my SSN. She had my address though.

We received a call from this number today on our land line even though we're on the Do Not Call list. How do companies like this get unlisted, non-published numbers, and how does the government allow them to keep doing it even after people report it on sites like this one?!

Our policy is to not answer any 800- and/or unfamiliar numbers, and most of them do not call back too many times after seeing that they're being ignored. Still, it's really annoying!

We have received calls daily from this number whose caller ID says "IC LLC".  We also received calls with this ID from another number listed in TX. When we called back today someone said they are working with B of A fraud protection.  I called BA and they are not working with this company - they are not contracting out with anyone.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!

We too have been getting calls from this number for the last several month.  Its been 2-3 times a day we get them.  I am very tired of it, and when I to call back it says the call cannot go through.

Answer phone, no one is there.  Just dead noise.  We can stay on the phone forever and it never goes to a dial tone.

Jerks call every day, nobody there.  Icepick in their ear I wish upon them!

This company claims to be working with B of A fraud protection - DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!  I called B of A fraud department and they ARE NOT working with this company - they said they are phishing.

Perhaps I have to re-register for the "do not call"?

I told them I wasn't interested and they call again.  This time I just picked up and hung up when I saw "IC LLC".  Perhaps they'll think it's a non working number.

Same as many others. ID shows: IC LLC  832-366-1100  I never answer and the calls have been coming almost daily for over a month now.  I do have accounts with BOA but have no plans to pick up the call.  Bank of America will loose my business if this does not cease.

This number calls at least once a day and no one responds when we answer. How do we stop these calls as they disturb my wife

I've never answered, but they call here about once a week. They also have another number 281-469-2802.
