getting calls everyday the same time (around 8.30 pm cst).. and its blank

Get calls every day at the same time.  When we answer, no one is there.  Does not matter if we pick up on the first, second or third ring. I called the number and the message says they are Innovative Consultants.  If you want to be placed on their 'Do not call list' push #1 and then enter your number.

Also get calls from 281-469-2802 saying the same thing...Call Center, TX

Look it is this simple - the company has auto dialers - it collects info like - is the phone number valid (not disconnected) what time of day and which days a week someone is at that number and picks up  My guess is that they make a ton of $ selling that data to tele-marketing companies... So by answering they know you are there - by calling back they confirm your number again in the system as a valid # - do you really think they will put you on a no call list - LOL NOT!

Getting calls from this number daily. Caller ID says IC LLC.  I googled the name, IC LLC and found their website.  They're consultants for telemarketing companies.  They never answer when we pick up, but the line is connected.  As one of the other posters said, I imagine this is a call confirming whether our number is valid and whether people at this residence are reachable at this time of day.  Screening ones' calls is becoming more and more necessary.  The "Do not call" list is a joke.

I answered, they claimed to be calling about possible fraudulent activity on my Bank of America account.  I do not bank with there.  Just another good example of why you should never give info out when you're called.

These people call everyday and do not answer the phone.  Who ever they are, put them out of business.  They are morons.!!!!!!

They are harrassing and threatening callers.  Shut them down immediately.  Or I will have friends in the FBI and CIA shut them down permanently!!!!!

Harassment - shut them down

i called em back and they told me to press #1 on your phone to be removed from their list and then enter your 10-digit phone #. After 24 hours, they never called me back

I do not pick up. Caller id shows number and TEXAS as caller.

Daily repeated calls always about 5pm est and when answered the caller hangs up.
