This call was a recording stating is was the final call ( there have been others with similar messages) and I needed to call the same number back to settle a lawsuit with the IRS.

Same as the other comments.  A machine left a message saying I was being sued by the IRS.  Figured it was a scam, but tried calling back anyway only to get busy signal.

Said the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and this was the final call.  Hell, I never got a first call!  These people are idiots.

Yes. I got the same scam call just now. "This is the IRS. Final notice etc." I will add the number to my blocking list.

The recording stated, "We have been trying to get hold of you. This is your final notice; the IRS is going to sue you. You must call us at 832-380-8851."

When I called the number, I got a fast busy signal.  When I did a search , it came up as belonging to Aerial Communications in Houston TX. What good is a scam to the scammers if they don't get money out of the scammed?

Yep, same call...on my answering service. "you are being sued by the IRS. Call this number." This happened at 5 p.m. on 7/15/15
