Received same fake process server call saying they would show up (never did). In my experience, a process server would not call in advance lol! The fake process server (who had unlisted number) left a message with the number (832) 497-1926. Called that number and then this number (832) 460-0507 called back because my number showed up. The number (832) 497-1926 is for "Paul at ARS." The companion number (832) 460-0507 is for "Amy Hughes" at "ARS." I would definitely say the fake process server calls are a scam as the FDCPA prohibits debt collectors from engaging in deceptive practices! Total scam.  No legitimate process serve calls you up and lets you know they are coming by.  Ignore and block the calls. Yes, a legitimate process server can come to your house or work, as long as they are licensed and authorized by your local state to serve process and subject to state laws.

But these people calling you are basically debt scammers.

A lot of companies using the ARS acronym.  I called that number and the robo-greeter  ID themselves as ARS Management.  No idea where they are located.
