They keep calling my father-in-law who is a pastor making threats that they are going to have me arrested. and he will be an accomplice if he don't give them my number.

This number stated that i took out an Internet loan with a bank account that i do not have. I longer in in thia sate and haven't  for over 8 years. They had my madien name , old address and fake bank account. They threaten to take me to court and continues to call me.  They also  try to do this to my mother last year.

I used to work as a debt collector. These people can threaten you all day and night that they'll tske you to court, but they won't. They never will. They work on commission only, so you sending them money immediately is imperative for their paycheck. They really should get real jobs; that's what I did. They change their number to avoid law suits, and will tell you they have documents for you that need to be mailed out in a certain amout of time. They are liars. Do not send these people any money. No, they are not scammers, but their line of work is in the grey area. BEWARE.

ID themselves a ARS management, a "third party litigation firm".  Right.  Just scammer double-talk for debt collector. They also call from 800-759-2882 and references 832-460-0509.     CID at the 800 number is Apex Recovery Solutions.
