its a scam

It is a harrassment & scam call

Harrassment.  Called my mother and told her I was going to prison for 5 years unless I settled a debt that is so old it isn't even on my credit report anymore.  Mom got upset, I called them back.  They refused to give me the name of their company or send me anything in writing confirming that I owed the debt.  They didn't use the typical "this is an attempt to collect a debt" statement.  They said I was getting 3 felony warrants issued for theft and all kinds of things UNLESS I was willing to voluntarily pay right then, with nothing in writing.  When I refused, he told me to call him back in 30 minutes or he was signing the paperwork to get the warrants pushed through.  TOTAL SCAM and jerks, to boot.
