Called me and yelled at me, accusing me of being someone else. I hung up on him, and he hasn't called back.

ya the 3221 number above has called me twice and insisted I get some health card. It took the [***] head ten minutes to get to the point that all I had to pay was $2 shipping charge. At that point I knew it was not a call from my health benefit company.

This is a phone number that calls several times a day.  If we pick up, there's no one on.  One time it started dialing a number.

Called and said he needed to verify my home mailing address as he needed to send me a heath insurance card. I know my health care provider and he wasnt it. Told him to never call me again!

This number keeps calling 4 times in last four days. I haven't answered as i assume its a sales call as i know noone in TX. Calls on weekends evenings and early morning.

832-582-3221 calls several times a day into evening hrs. Have'nt answered because I have no idea who "Vitelity" is but it sounds like marketing or a survey. Sure wish they'd quit calling!

P.S. caller id actually says "VITELITY, LLC."

Same thing, calls and nothing but silence. Must be lonely nut case.

Person keeps calling....but no one says anything...complete silence...I tried calling back but the line is busy. Don't respond to this mess.

Had similar experiences as reported by others.  Male with an Hispanic accent called and said he needed to verify my mailing address to send me my heath insurance card. When I asked him to name my doctor, he stammered and then said "Dial Doctors." I hung up. He called back within three minutes and said nothing when I picked up the phone.  I checked and he called from a Land Line in Houston, TX.  I should be on the "Do Not Call" registry.

I have posted to this thing before about this phone number calling, I don't see it doing any good but I will one more time. This [***] keeps calling my cell, most of the time no one says anything. The one time someone did speak he had me thinking he was from my insurance company and was sending me new cards, as it happens I had just requested new cards a couple days before so I thought he was from my insurance company but he was talking about charging me and finally I had to hang up on him.

called me twice today alone such a thick Indian accent I couldn't understand what the hell the dude was saying.  He finally spelled it for me Dial Doctor.  I told him I wasn't interested and hung up. Less than 1 hour later got a call from the same number this time I told them to stop calling and to take me off of their call list.  Hopefully they got the message

The reason you're not hearing anything when you answer is because they have your number in their system and that system automatically dials you even if there is no one available on THEIR end to take the call. Did anyone order anything from an infomercial? I got a shake weight for my sister, and they sold my number to telemarketers, If you've bought anything like that, that's why their calling you.

A hispanic man called and wanted to verify my information to send me some cards in the mail. I asked him how he got my name and number and told him I did not want to be sent anything. He hung up when I tried to get more information about his company.

Called and tried selling drug insurance.  Claimed he was calling on recommendation of doctor.

This person is driving me crazy.  I keep telling him to stop calling and then I hang up.  I get the calls, too, where no one is on the line when I answer.  I reported the number to www:/donotcall.gov but too soon to tell if it does any good.  I cannot understand him very well.  I think his accent is French.

Have called us many times in the last month.  90% of the time, when we answer the phone, they say nothing and just hang up.  The other times, they are trying to sell a prescription savings card, or something along those lines.  I called them back and got an Hispanic-sounding woman and a very bad connection (no doubt due to bad Internet connection on her end).  I had to repeatedly inform her that her activity is illegal due to the fact that we're on the do not call list, as well as it's harassment.  She still kept trying to sell me something - have no idea what because I wouldn't let her tell me.  Ultimately she hung up on me.  We have Vonage service, and even though we have anonymous call blocking enabled, they are able to get through the gauntlet.  These people need to be traced and stopped.  

The number traces to Vitelity VOIP service.  If enough people called Vitelity and complained, they would be inclined to cancel the account(s) that these people are using.  I also bvelieve that the FCC should be involved, especially if Vitelity refudses to address the problem.
