Claims his name is David Parker & that he is a special investigator, to a claim filed in court, where I am named the respondent, and must appear in court. Also says their is a restraing order against me, & that I should forward this infromation to my attornery

same story, special investigator women concerning restraining order.  Have gotten these types of calls previously.  Its a bunch of you know what.

I RECEIVED A CALL BUT I DIDNT ANSWER IT WAS UNKNOWN NAME ON MY CALLER ID AND THEY LEFT A VOICEMAIL THAT SHE WAS AN INVESTIGATOR TO CALL BACK THE NUMBER 832-583-0326 BECASUE I HAD A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME AND I HAVE TO APEAR IN COURT AND TO FOWARD INFORMATION TO MY ATTORNEY  TO CALL BACK BUT I DIDNT I KNOW THESE CALLS ARE SCAMS

My 75 year old father who has been in the hospital for the past 3 days got a call stating that he has a restraining order filed against him....really? This is the last thing our family needs. I wasn't thinking clearly when I called them and was put on hold for 3 mins or so and finally hung up when I remembered a scam that was running a few years back where they bill your phone bill thousands of dollars because they transfer you from the number you called to an international line....I only pray that this is not the case. We so don't need this now! Has anyone received a large phone bill if they returned the call? I am really worried. Good luck to all of you. Hope nothing bad comes of this!

I recieved a call today fro specail agent Kim Rice saying the same thing everyone above is saing about court. This is against the law and they need to pay!

Just recieved this call right now.. I was not on my desk and this Nina or Nona Moore left a message same story mentioned all above complaints. that there was a case file againsts me and was even given a case no. but with this no. given to call back was the same all mentioned again above (832)583-0326.
SO,  IT IS A SCAM.. DONT FALL FOR IT.. I just wish that they will find a descent job than to have a job that fools people.. but it is ok because What comes around goes around!!!

My son just received a similar call but "Special Investigator David" said he was trying to reach my husband. My son was very upset by the call. I called the numer back and was put on hold. Didn't wait around but did call Verizon to report. Not sure what this scam is, but this is not legit.

I received the same call as the people above the investigator name was Steve curran. This is a horrible call to get after a long day at work. They stated they had affidavit number of abat-1682 and I needed to contact my attorney.

Just got this same call from a Mrs Wright. She left a message on my phone stating the same as all other posts, something about a restraining order and claim number abat1772. I called the number back and answering service said Allied Litigations Group. It had an option about seized property and checking account. I never spoke to anyone but I'm nervous about them me ruining checking account.

I got the same VM message from Tracy Marx from the same "unknown" number concerning the same affidavit number (ABAT 1905). It's a scam. . . Just ignore it. Unfortunately, there is no way to block "unknown" numbers that I know of. but if anybody on this board knows how to do that, I'd surely like to know.

RECEIVED A CALL TODAY FROM A WOMEN CLAIMING I WAS BEING SUED FOR WHATEVER AND TO CALL 832-583-0326 ....I CALLED AND WAS ASKED IF I WAS A CERTAIN PERSON AND THAT THEY WANTED INFORMATION ETC.....TOLD THEM THEY HAD THE WRONG PARTY AND HUNG UP .....ITS A SCAM BABY.

got a phone call from a blocked number and told that a complaint had been filed against me, was given claim # ABAT-2760 and told to call the (832) 583-0326 number, Allied Litigations Group, put on hold. Person would not tell me what it was about. Gotta be a scam.

my feonce got the same call what the hell they were saying their name was angela feilds and was calling about a complaint that was madeand that they were taking him to court over a legal matter and he needed to appear. If he needs to be in court im sure a cop or sheriff will deliver him some papers. When you call the number back it gives a menu and says to press the button that corresponds to the reason your calling but no one ever picks up

GOT A CALL FROM A WOMAN WHO REFUSED TO IDENTIFY HERSELF. SHE SAID THAT THERE WAS A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME AND THAT I HAD 48 HOURS TO CALL 832-583-0326. SHE GAVE ME CASE NUMBER ABAT2614. I CALLED THE NUMBER AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO TELL ME WHAT THE LAWSUIT WAS IN REFERENCE TO. I HAVE GOTTEN THESE CALLS BEFORE. THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT THE LAWSUIT IS IN REFERENCE TO AS SOON AS YOU PAY THEM. I DON'T GIVE MONEY TO ANYBODY WHO WON'T TELL ME WHAT IT IS FOR. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.

Did the message state your name? When someone in my family got the message it said her name in the message.

Just had one of these calls, from 832-583-0326, Special Agent Carylon Heath, calling about a law suit filed against me for fraud AND a restraining order.  Called back, they to be looking for 1250.68 and they will be filing with the courts, Company name is Allied Litigation from Houston, Texas, the agents name is Demario would not give the physical address of the company.  I am filing a report with the local ploice.
