This man called asking for someone I don't know.  When I said I didn't know the person, he said "That's funny - the person has you listed as a family member".  I again said I didn't know the person and asked why he was even calling.  He told me that it didn't concern me since I don't know the person.  When I told him not to call again (I have had similar calls in the past) he became very argumentative, wouldn't let me speak and he talked over me constantly before hanging up.  I called him right back and he started doing the same thing to me.  I demanded that he let me speak and he said "this isn't your husband you're talking to" and hung up on me again.  OMG!!!  I don't think ANYONE has every been so rude to me.

He did the samething to me! First he called my grandparents and harrassed my grandmother for my number which she would not give him. So when I returned the call he was very rude and spoke to me like i was a crimanal. telling me this was an urgent matter and laughing at me saying "I dont think you understand *scoffing laugh* the urgency in this matter, you will be sent to the Law offices. When I asked for more information he became louder and talked circles around me and got very angry. He was so rude!

Very rude man mr. garcia, wouldnot allow me to talk, just crap from him when trying to find out who was calling me, calls several times a week, will not take me out of autodial, he is a complete jerk! something should be done about him, I wish I knew where he is. rude and obnoxious! needs his mother!

I have received several calls from David Garza at this number.  The reason for the calls was that my student loans through Campus Door \ Lehman Bros. Bank (now Aurora Bank) had somehow defaulted without my knowledge.  

I have done a great deal of research through friends and family members who are former debt collectors themselves, and Pentagroup is legit.  

As several of you have already noted, Mr. Garza can be quite rude, however, if you are polite to him and actually attempt helping him get whatever information he is after, I have found he can be a bit more amicable.

That being said, the following is all the information I have regarding Pentagroup Financial and Mr. Garza, INCLUDING how you can file a complaint if you feel it necessary.

I've reported him to the fair credit bureau.  He is incredibly rude and calls family members, etc all in an atempt for what I do not know.  He tells them to either have me or my attorney call him.  I do not know who he is, have never received  piece of physical mail from him so, I consider it to be a scam.  I've had my identity stolen twice now, and I've been fielding nonsense because of it since then.

Mr Farley is the new pseudonym for the caller. He interrupted me and when I told him to shut up, he made the false claim that I did not have the right to tell him to shut up. He called me. I have the right to know everything about the call. He told me not to get on my attitude with him. I love my attitude, I'm standing up for my Constitutional rights and denying him his bullying tactic. He has been told numerous times to not call my number again. He is completely brain dead and has a negative infinity level of common sense. If only law enforcement would do something instead of downing donuts or playing switch.
