5-6 times a day, no information given won't leave message

I have had 2 calls from 832-615-2212.  The recording comes on and asks me to hold and then it hangs up.

This is SCI...funeral homes.

the person calls and do sounds; do not say a word and leaves sis telephone on even when the answering machine sends him to message center

this is a number calling on behalf of Sherwood Memorial billing.  I reported it to BBB today because an error was made at the Sherwood office by the manager.  When she finally got it right--because we went and told them we were not getting billed--they have their dogs on us now like we are past due 2 months.  Their mistake ever getting it started.  We paid money down and signed papers for automatic deduction!!  Mistake on their end.

They called me about a supposedly delinquent funeral billing account from 2005. This account has been paid in full since 2008.  I asked why they were calling 5 years later and the guy couldn't answer me.  I told him this was bogus and the account was paid off and he insisted that it wasnt but yet didnt give me any information on the funeral home account. Total scam

This person said is Rey Diaz and I most call 1-800 number and this been going on almost every day.

Who is this guy? Says his name is Ray Diaz in the message. Don't know anyone from Houston. Keeps on asking me to call him back using 1-800-993-1695. Very annoying fellow. Even addresses me by name in the message.

My call was from a funeral home too ~ one used fairly recently.  said i had a balance on account and i needed to pay by credit card ~ totally bogus ~ i called my funeral home and all is okay, said that they too have been getting strange calls on their business lines.... connection?

They called me also on my land line with the message to hold, the call disconnected, it was from the Pentagroup Financial.  I had to "dig" information from them.  Thy told me the call was about a p/d amount from last December of 9$...my bill is 27.85$ & I always pay electronically the amount of  30$ so how can I be behind.  Calling funeral home today....

I keep getting calls from this number. Today it was "Steve". He left a number of 832-317-8319 & 832-615-2285

--> Caller did not mention company name or affiliation.  I haven't called them back and won't if they can't let me know who they are.

This is a collection company calling when our "funeral /plot payment" is way late. They are always very, very kind and helpful..... In my case they are "Doing What They Should Be Doing" GETTING THE JOB DONE!!!

Same same - calls, hangs up when I answer.  Leaves no message.  Must be a child.

Been getting the quiet calls for some time............maybe 20 or so.  Had someone on the line the other day who said I was late on a funeral plot payment, and asked If I wanted to pay my account and bring it up to date.  TOTAL SCAM

Gotten several calls from this # but the caller does not say anything It is very annoying and my # is on the do not call list
