This number calls me time and time agian, they are out texas, go by the name goldman and shwartz, they leave a messag to call them regarding a transaction you made.... however they onlyy are out for your banking info.

Received a call from 832-623-7740 on 7/12/11 at 7:25pm.  They asked to speak to my son (who has not lived here in years) about banking info.  They said he could be in trouble if he didn't return phone call.

this company called me they wouldn't take a check for payment and has called back using other numbers823-623-7739,7738,7732 .they don't take money order. what company that wants money won't take a money order or check gas company takes a check cable company takes a check electric company takes a check

they also use this number 855-481-9822 10333 harwin dr huoston tx but will not take money order or any other tracable way of payment just pre-paid credit card

my fault people i put down the wrong address the right one is 11152 westheirmer, huoston tx 77042       but when i googled that address all i got was a ups store.where is  this place?

Did you guys know that they call you from cell phones true you can look them up. Every number a cell phone. I know companies use cells but every number they call you from something is wrong.

this number called me stating they were from Goldman Schwartz attempting to collect a debt that was paid in 2005. They threatened me with jail.

I to got a call from goldman schwartz attempting to collect on a debt from 2006. I sent a money order to the 10333 harwin suite 100 address . It got sent back to me because it was refused unclaimed. So when i called Sam ( the guy who called me ) to make sure i had the right address he said to send it western union ( red flag ) i have never had a company ask me to western union money ! I told him i couldnt do that , so now he changed the suite # from 100 to 150. Ne ways there is something not right about all this ! So how do we go about having this place checked out to see if it is even a real business?  Here r some of the #s they have called from :832-623-7731,7734,7740 ext 25 , 281-741-3130,4305,9930 and 1855-481-9822.

Same scam from 2814165732. Same story. Called my girlfriends mom threatened jail do to a criminal theft charge.Freaked us all out bad. My girlfriend is 6 months from getting off probation.Another charge would give her 2-7 years! It should be against the law to threaten jail or criminal charges even if someone owes money. Which I dont think she does more than most off us . I'm thinking class action law suit. Writeme back you want to get involved. Im calling them in the morning to say they cant ruin families like that did until well found it to be scam.

I got a call from these [***] today saying my wife owed money and if she didn't pay she was gonna get reported to the local county office. So I called this Goldman and old them to go ahead and arrest my wife they will have a lawsuit on there butts plus my wife is wheelchair bound and the debt they r trying to collect from was 9 yrs ago they cannot collect for that anymore. Let's find a good lawyer and do a class-action lawsuit.

Got a call from 832-623-7740 at work asking for my HR department. Since they called my line directly I asked if this call was inregards to me. The lady, Mrs. Williams was rude and said well who are you (which is funny because I answered the phone with my name) I told her who I was. She said that I owed for a payday loan thru Cash America from 2007 in the amount of 662.34 (original amt borrowed was 300) I explained to her that I thought I had taken care of this... her response was appearantly you did not. I tried setting up a payment arrangement, she wanted me today pay 331.17 or I need to give her my HR. Department. She threatened my job, she told me a warrant will be issued, my license and SSN will be flagged.. I told her to stop calling me at work and gave her my HR. Department and will be calling my ATTY.  from what is sounds like the treats are a violation of the Federal Trade Commission

I agree on the lawsuit. These people are horrible. I don't know how they ended up with my information. I called the payday loan compnay asking them who had my account and they gave me the name and phone number of a different company.

they are NOT a debt collector, it is a scam.  If you have any TRUE debt they have to tell you first its a attempt to collect a debt, and send written notice. Just hang up when they call!!

this is a SCAM! and when I called them back to tell them they are a scam the lady went off and told me she was taking me to court for Slander! Rediculous! !!!

This number called me and Told me that my husband took out a lone for 600.00 in 2005 and if we don't send them 1,275.20 today by 6pm that My husband will be reported to the county and his license will be suspensed and he wonld be able to get them back until he paid the 1,275.20.. This people were very rude and the lady I talk to first yelled at me.. Law suit sounds good to me
