Called and hangs up.

This person may NOT call me ever!

I just got a call from this number and she said, "This is Lisa from Customer Research Awards. Can you hear me okay?" and I immediately replied, "Put me on your Do Not Call list, thank you." and hung up

I just got a call on my cellphone from this number as well. I didn't recognize the number so I let it go through to voicemail but they didn't leave a message. Thought I'd look it up, which is how I found this site!  Thanks for the info, Steve - I won't bother calling them back!

Received calls twice today from this number.  Let go to voicemail and no mssg was left.  When I redialed # recording said "this call is blocked".  I  recommend ignoring calls from this number

Posting that the number called and you hung up does not help any one. In the same way that you spoke to someone then hung up. I asked the woman a few questions. She said that she was from Customer Research Awards and I had won a 50$ gift card just for answing a few question. Immediate red flags for phishing scam. They say they will send you or ship you something for free those are red flags. Always verify the company and number. If its legit they will let you call them back and verify the co. The number is a spoofed number and there is no such company. Also if the person is foreign that is usually another good indicator of phishing scam .Hope this helps. Do not give them any info. If they say you ve won. Then tell them you called me. Send me my free gift you must have my info. Do not verify or confirm anything.. Hopefully helps. Looks and smells like a phishing scam to me.

Called hung up before I could answer the call. I tried to call the number back said it was not able to complete the call as dialed... phishing ....

They're calling me twice a day and for some reason, my Smartphone Answer button does not work when they call, and they never leave a message. I try to call back, and I hear "this call is blocked, this call is blocked..."

Called my cell phone. Didn't pick up. Called back from cell and from VOIP line and got a message stating "this account is blocked" 4 times. Then disconnected.

Answered call from this number, but no one was on the line and they hung up. I called nack and a recording said "This account is blocked". Must be a telemarketing company.

They called and no one responded when I said "hello?" 3 times.  I left it on speaker phone and every 15 seconds or so there was a short "chirp" and after about 2 minutes someone said "You tried to call me didn't you?" or something like that and I didn't respond and then they hung up.

Yes definitely a scam.  A woman called and said I won a $100 and wanted me to answer some questions. I said sure. Woman then replied " ok what's your name". I said " Don't you   know? It's  [***]  yourself!". Hopefully she took my advice because she sounded like she had a rough day:)

He called and they hung up.  That helps.  Not that he hung up, they did.

People must be pretty desperate for someone to talk to.  I am so amazed that people actually respond to a call they do not know or recognize.  So what if someone calls, if I don't know you I don't need to.  There are a tremendous amount of calls these days from any angle with all the social media today and the way they can get a number, yours in particular. Why would you even consider answering?  Are you that vital, I seriously doubt it.  And on top of it the boneheads actually think a national registry of a do not call list would mean that they are excluded.  As I said, what boneheads. Spend some money on either a good service or good app to block the calls you want to.  Works like a charm. Quit b""""ing about it.
