Undue harassment : we got our new phone number on late July and are not at all concerned
with this company, calling several times.

Called and ask to verify my address or dob then when I refused she hung up

This number has called me a few times. They never leave a message and when I call them back, they dont answer. It just rings and rings.

I got a call from this number today, February 6, 2015, 9:14 AM.  It came up as "LTD FINAN."

I have no idea where I got this call.  I am up to date with the do not call list, and we have an unlisted number.

Prolly a debt collector.   Who knows.

Just received a phone call on my cell phone from this number asking for my brother. My brother would never give out my number considering we don't even live in the same household. She asked to leave her name and number for him.

Never leaves nsg. And calls at least 2 times a day.  Also calls from a 866 number.

Same here. They call, several times a day, every day. But sometimes, They Do use an "866" area code.
They Never leave a voicemail message. Always comes in, as an "Unknown." And I never answer calls from numbers not in my contacts, or numbers that are unknown or blocked.

Received 2 calls from these idiots, never leaves a message. Blocked!!

Received  2 calls today from this number and one last week where they claimed they were doing a "survey". Hung up on them all 3 times. OWE NO ONE ANYTHING!

I been getting these calls from LTD Financial and dont know how they got my number which was changed to a non publish number. Stop calling me!!!

These idiots call and call everyday, multiple times a day.  Asking for someone that I have never heard of!  Everyday, they are calling here and we are a FUNERAL HOME!  They are VERY rude and violent language is used and threatened.

The worst collection company in the world with the most outdated phone records I believe. I don't owe anyone any money and they just keep calling. It's incredible this company wastes so many resources on bum leads.

If this is LTD Financial and they are a "collection agency," they're little more than a JUNK DEBT buyer who should not be given the time of day. They called asking for me under a name I haven't used in 25 years. My ex-husband racked up some debt after I left him and my lawyer made sure I was not held responsible. The ex has now been dead for 13 years, so these people are just wasting their time.

When you get calls like this, ALWAYS say that they have the wrong number. If they call again, "Google" their address, send them a cease and desist letter (good samples available online) and cc either your own lawyer or use the name of a local lawyer from the Yellow Pages (i.e. if it's "John Thompson, Attorney at Law" cc: "James J. Thompson, Esq."). That will do it!

Some more extremely poor advice.  Why would you need to tell them they have the wrong number if you are going to send them a cease and desist letter?  Doing a cc to an attorney who is not representing you is not a good idea either.  If they decided to contact that attorney he will tell them that he is not representing you and has no idea what they are talking about, especially if that attorney specializes in matters that have nothing to do with debt collection.

There is never a need to add anything extra to a C & D letter.  All it takes is your statement that you do not want them to ever contact you again.  Sending it certified, return receipt will allow them to know that you mean it, and will give you the little green card that will enable you to prove you sent the letter if you have to sue them.

Several calls. No message. Annoying

I hate frauds. It pisses me off when the bother me at 8pm at night when I'm trying to relax from a hard days honest work.

This number keeps calling me and when I answer they just automatically hang up before saying anything
