Got a call from telling me to call back immediately.  A law suit is being brought against me from the IRS.  Caller-ID says "TOMBALL         TX".
Know its a garbage scam.  If the IRS wants to do this against someone they would contact the person by mail.  Will block number.

got a call claiming they were IRS and calling about my taxes.  I told them the irs doesn't call anyone and that they were a scam and I was reporting them.

Big scam the irs will never call nobody  people,Google,IRS phone scams and see all the reported IRS scams and how they work, I hope older people don't fall for this scam they say your going jail a law suit all stuff to put fear than they told me to send a money gram yea right sure. Scam

I just got the same call, came up Tomball TX for me too.  Total IRS scam.

Got this call this morning. Called my local police and IRS
Made a report on line to IRS.I have also called the Tomball  Texas police in regard to this scam as the phone number is a private residence. What I find interesting is all parties that speak on the phone are non Americans however they use generic American names like Jones and Webber.

The initial representative goes by the name of David Jones  I D #920117. The senior investigation officer name is Richard Webber. Both sound as if they are from India. Scam is the same send money immediately thru electronic correspondence. They also have a woman there. All answer the phone IRS.... Beware...

I got the call form this number 832-791-6076 and tried the number back.  I blocked the thenumber.

I tried to call back after they left me an urgent message, but only got a weird ring tone.

IRS scam call most likely coming out of India and spoofing the number coming up in the ID. Could the actual residence that this number comes back to be that stupid to be making these scam calls and using a ROBO caller to do it. I hope they get these SOB's before they scam someone.

Got a call saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me...I received the call from my cell and when I called back on home phone the man sounding like he had India accent answered Hello IRS how may I help you...I said I don't know you called me and he hung up....Scam of course

got a call this morning, indian speaker. said IRS was filing a lawsuit for under paid taxes for year 2008-2013. said i could obtain a lawyer or pay the $4985.93 over the phone.

A recorded call came from Texas threatening an IRS lawsuit against me. I pay my taxes.  SCAM!

Got the same call they left a message this time . This isn't the first time they have called . I was told the first time police were going to come arrest us for unpaid taxes im still waiting to be arrested. Boy the IRS is real desperate for money all the sudden.  The man sounded like he was from India.

Got a call at about 3:45 am on my house number. Was only a recording saying to call back because the IRS something or other. I don't think they will call me at 3 am, definitely a scam and when I try to call back doesn't go through.

The Indian guy asked how I would like to make care of it. I told him I would call IRS to make arrangements...the said OK and hung up. Dork. Scam.

Got the call from Tomball also, he says he's IRS. No way ! I'll be reporting to local law enforcement as well . He apologized for his thick accent and when I told him I owed no back tax he threatened me with arrest ! What a crock

beware as this number is a complete scam ask questions, they told me I have a law suite with the IRS but most IRS people are American's not middle eastern people. When I started asking questions they hung up on me. Block this number, I can't believe these people are still getting away with this.

I received a computerize female voice recording telling me they are the IRS and that they been trying to contact me and were filing lawsuit against me.  I lightly panic, dailed the number back twice in the number disconnected, then I googled the telephone number and here I am.  My next call the IRS.  Thank you in advance for your assistance, D.
