Scam.  Called and left a message saying they needed to talk to me about my bank account.  I never answer or call them back.  I verify by calling my bank directly and they confirmed it was not them.

Received a call from a Gwendolyn Foster leaving message for me to call about my bank account.  Called number, complete scam.  When I asked to speak with her, man said that would not be happening, proceeded to threaten me with legal action.  Number is 832 783 9288 located in Texas.  This is ridiculous and I have contacted the State Attorney office.

Received very detailed message from a Gwendolyn Foster...returned call...was told she is a Lead Attorney, and asked to speak with her (already knew it was a scam).  I was told that I would never be able to speak with her, and then the man continued to be rude and abusive on phone.  Stated to him that they are scammers, reported to State Attorney....  

I just received the same call from the same lady, Gwendolyn Foster.

same exact message and number.  I'm not calling back.  Blocked their number.

Same call..same message..scam. This same woman has called multiple times and I've never responded..previously it was somenline about having a law suit against me..wish thwy would just go suck it..

First two messages they left mentioned a lawsuit and me needing a lawyer.  One was Gwendolyn Foster, the other a recording of a man's voice.  Next message was an issue with my bank account which was also Foster.  They are phishing for whatever they can get.

Received a phone call that they were calling about a legal matter and that I or my representative needs to call back. Today they called and left a message that there was a legal matter concerning my bank account. They said they were from a company called API - could not find anything in them. When I called I gave them my number as a reference - they said they needed to speak with my mother in law and could not speak with me it was concerning a legal matter.
