Just got a call said they were from MCS & Assoc said it was a legal matter and that they were going to put a case manager on the phone to discuss the summons against me. I held then she came back and said that they were on the line and then I got disconnected. Please do not fall for this if someone is going to sue you they will not call you. A process server will come and hand deliver a summons.

got call from 8328030349, listed as houston, tx, said call to stop summons, gave the call back no of 8775608065 with a case no. as a bill collector, it is in direct violation of the fdcpa to send harrasing communications. i will wait for my summons. also a gentleman with a heavy indian accident, likely outsourced company. phone number likely on a relay. if outsourced, they likely not know the fdcpa. wonder if they know if we all joined in together it could be a class action lawsuit against that company, since it only takes 2 people for class action.

i just submitted a complaint to the tx attorney general since number on cid is coming up as houston tx. likely nothing can or will be done since likely outsourced and not in the us.

His name was Ed an even gave me a case#fj2045. & gave another # to call back 877-631-3902.   What kind of people do this.   Need to be stopped

say they have  a  summond   in my name now the number just show up on my phone dont they keep calling back  i will wait on the summond

They called me saying something about court summons... Lady wouldn't tell me how or why they got my #...

Keep getting this call from # 8328030349. And to callback a different number 8776313902 with a case number. I could barely understand this man named Ed, something about a summons. I need this company and/or person to stop calling me. Send me something in the mail if this is a bill collector.

I received confirmation from the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office today that this is a collection scam.

It would be very helpful for others if you posted everything you have found out about this company, and what the AG told you.
