Got the same (albiet garbled) message too.  Think the name was Jackie Daniels?  Doesn't give the name of the organization so do you think I'm going to call back??  Sad thing is, I AM the victim of credit card fraud and the police are investigating it right now.  This is just a sad coincidence I think.  

They called me twice. Both messages stated it was a check fraud department and I need to call my attorney. A left a Number to call back. I blocked there number and reported to the FTC. The number that I left callback was not in service - they are scammers/ fraud!! DO NOT Answer!!!

Jackie from the check fraud department called me too, twice.  It appears I am also a victim of fraud. But she doesn't know my name or anything.  Lol

They called me this morning at 8am, I'm pretty sure telemarketing and debt collecting calls are only allowed between 9am and 9pm.... but same MO.... mumbled name, from the check fraud division asking to speak to me or my attorney of record. They never use my name, or say what company they are calling from. I won;t be returning the call, but I'll be checking up on the laws and possibly reporting them, not that it matters, they will get a different number and keep scamming people sadly.
