Number has called me three times in two days but when i answer they say nothing then hang up

This number has called me twice. The first time, never said a word and hung up. The second time, they claimed to be a financial service , but would not say where or for what business and demanded that I confirm my daughter identifying info. A female was very rude and said she will call again tomorrow.

Called my mother very rude and hung up on her when she tried to find out who they were

Called about a debt owed, when we told them we couldn't afford ti make payments at this time they said "well your driving a $29,000 car it says on your credit report" when we don't have such car. And then said "get some rest tonight cause I'm gonna call you every morning" so rude.. Called back to see who they were and they would not say.

No one ever answers they just hang up but they keep calling! I'm going to block the number.

That's herrasment. They can't do that.

I only because it was a local number. I called back. Guy said "oh yes, that was Sean trying to contact you...hold please." Automated lady began talking stating they would be right with me. I hung up at this point.
When i had finally hung up i realized a voice mail had been left. The guy haf spoke so quickly i could hardly understand him then left an 855# which was not even the number he had called from which was actually 8328505862. Sound rude.

Received a call from this number, multiple times for multiple days.  As soon as I say Hello - they hang up.  No messages have been left for missed calls.  Blocking.

Number called and hung up. Called back and the guy "Bradley" said it was regarding an emergency visit and immediately was wanted to confine my social security number. I told him I was not disclosing any information and he said thank you and hung up.

they keep calling me after calling me 8 times in about 20 min. I looked up to see if it was a scam  or not. The is company Name Phoenix Financial services web address http://www.phoenixfinancialsvcs.com corporate number (855) 342-6567 I had to tell them I was going to file a harassment lawsuit before they stop calling me. So far it seems to have worked

Few missed calls. When I answered, I recognized that it was a company and since I was in a waiting room I just whispered that I wasn't interested and if they could add me to a do not call list. The man said he wasn't selling me anything and then I said what's this about and he said, "Now I'm not interested in talking to you. Check your credit report." I'm calling the corporate number to report this [***].

Called and left no message

Phoenix Financial Services calling to collect medical debts. Rude, but unfortunately legit. If you’re receiving a call from them you or a family member either didn’t pay an ER visit, a doctor visit, copay or have a remaining balance after insurance coverage. They’ll snydely hit your credit and harass you as often as possible until it’s paid.

So, "Rude, but unfortunately legit".  Except for the fact that being rude violates the law, which makes them anything but "legit".  I doubt they even have a legal right to collect the debt.  Harassing "you as often as possible until it's paid" is also against the law, as they are required to send you a dunning letter and provide debt validation.  Sorry but your defense of these crooks seems to have failed.
