Got call from this number this morning. Did not answer because did not recognize number. Checked whitepages(dot)com and found this: (832) 942-3917 is suspected spam: Student loan spam.

I just received a call from this number, there was a delay when I picked up.  I hung up since I suspected a robo-call.

Also got called.  I just pick up and hang up immeadiately when I don't recognize the number.  Then I check here.

This is a weird interactive robocall that listens for your voice responses.  If you don't answer, it does eventually say "sorry I bothered you" and hang up.  They're "giving away" a resort vacation but asking a LOT of questions about credit cards.  Reported to FCC.

Used this number to call my cell, but also uses 832-963-3916 to call home phone.

Called my home and cell phone, i called back and says verizon wireless caller unavailable.

Called my cell.  ID ways call from Texas.  Went unanswered.  Number now blocked.

Called this morning.  When I don't recognize the number, I have started answering and hanging up immediately so that I don't have the answering machine beeping at me.

Can you believe it! I finally won something... an all expense paid trip to loser land, and all I have to do is exhibit three brain cells, just like the moron who is actually paying to launch this robocall offensive. Someone was actually stupid enough to pay to do this - so the question is - who is the scammer? Didn't cost me a cent - wow, are you stupid. Keep calling - I like to spend your money!!!

Called my cell around 10:00am Oct 6, 2015. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer, figured it was spam. No message left.

I have read that the best thing to do is not answer at all. Block the call if you can. But even just answering and hanging up is still an answer to the call so the caller will be encouraged to do so even more. Trust me, at one point I tried it your way and the call occurrences became more frequent.

Called my cell today at about 11:15a.m. Didn't answer. Left no message. Blocked caller!

Called, let it go to VM, no message.
Based on the above replies, number will be blocked.

Called twice so far today.  Another scam call to block.  The government better start going after these individuals and locate using tracking devices.  A very large fine paid to the individuals they called and government would be great.
