    This is the third call from this number today. I really should just answer it to see who it is. My assumption is that with the mid-term elections being tomorrow, that it is a political call. That's the best way to not get my vote.

    I don't think politicians would call with that 843 area code.  It's more likely a scammer.  I received 2 calls, from this number, on 11/3/14, at 11:09AM and 6:10PM.  I didn't answer and no voicemail was left.  CID was Out of Area.
