Said he was from Monster.com and wanted to see if we were hiring.

Unsolicited call from Monster.com

Asked to speak to the person hiring. I hung up.

Left message about hiring. Who cares, stop bothering us.

Says they are monster.com asking if we are hiring.  This is my cell phone.  

monster.com asking if we were hiring.....our ad is in the newspaper...DUH!

Caller ID came up as "Waiters L"...when answered was hesitation, then a man came on the line saying "Hello? My name is Kevin Green from Monster.com and I was wondering if you're hiring.  I said, "Not interested, take us off your list and do not call back, Thank you." and hung up.

Blocked and added to Ditched Callers list on YouMail.com

got a call today from this woman saying she is from monster.com look to see if we were hiring

called my house, told her it not a business, had this number for over 4 years.

didn't recognize number.  Twice I picked it up and hung up before anybody said anything and they'd call back immediately. So I let it ring and they didn't leave a number. That is obnoxious.  

Waiters L 843-773-9278 asked to hold but no one did and they hung up.  Called back and they hung up.

the guy Waiters L, called me asking if we are hiring.. hard to undestand him. he said monster.com if we are hiring..
weird telemarketing guy.

Answered the call from this number and was rewarded with a recording "thank you for holding".
At least it was a polite autodialer instead of just playing dead air or hanging up when none of their telemarketers was available...

I'm guessing it is another unsolicited sales calls from Monster.com as previously reported.

Caller ID says "Monster Worldwide"

But upon answering, all I got was a ringing phone.
i hung up before it connected. I have other lines to get to.

I didn't answer the phone.  The message was from John Bronck at Monster.com
Call back number was 843-773-8862.
Wanted to see if our company had any job openings that Monster.com could list.

The called and I picked up and knew immediately it was a robo call. Pre-recorded message asked me to hold and said their call was very important to me.... as if! I figured I'd have some fun when a live person picked up, but the call dropped....... Grrrrrr
Don't these people it's crap like this would be EXCATLY the reason I would never use them?  F-OFF Monster !!!

But my robot doesn’t ring so you should hear “hello?” quickly. Also, some VoIP carriers will connect faster if you put a # at the end. You should practice this procedure before you have a telemarketer!
   Press MUTE on your phone. If you don’t have a mute button then stay quiet. Any background noise will affect the robot.
   If you have it, press SPEAKER so you can set the phone down and continue with your life.
