Received call at mobile, seem tricky as they claim to have sent documents to me.
Calling Place name is Executive Acquisition group, they never answer, always a voice mail answers your call asking to leave your information, So I'd simply did not do it.

This is a scam

A man at this number called me and left a message regarding a "complaint" that has been filed with current county local jurisdiction. Advised me to call the "The Department of Legal Services" today. Actually, the man didn't identify me, so it is possible the message was for another family member. Whatever. If you get this message, you may want to google your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and whatever protection your state provides through legislation from unfair debt collection.

Under the FDCA, collectors can't threaten to sue or file charges against you, garnish wages, take property, cause job loss, or ruin your credit when the collector cannot or does not intend to take the action. [15 USC 1692e] § 807(5)

ID themselves as Executive Acquisitions, most likely a scam debt collection company.  Making meaningless threats of legal action in an attempt to collect some sort of debt.  Don't fall for it, if they keep it up and don't stop with their threats tell them that you know it's a scam and you'll make an extortion complaint with the local police.  If they have a valid debt they are supposed to send you a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.  No letter, no money,  

I got a call from number 1 but the number they asked to call back is 844 208 5167 asking for Gonzalez and that a complaint has been filed against her at the Broward county clerks office. There ain't no Gonzalez here so you prolly got the wrong number or u are a scam.

Called the number back. Claimed to be Microsoft™

This caller, Prime Importance, has been pestering us for several weeks now, despite our advising them that we do not want or need their services.

Those services would be?  Since I can't find a company by that name, I was wondering what they were offering, especially since this number was used in the past by a criminal debt collector.

Likewise, claiming to be Microsoft and they received an 'alert' and wanted me to access my computer...I believe they are attempting to hack in to peoples info.....don't do it!

Today, Sunday, this number called 3x in a row. Didn't answer. Glad I didn't after reading all the comments here.

They have calling my phone for days about my computer. I told them they were a scam and they started using the F word with. If they were legit that was not customer service. Just block them or hang up.

they called me 5 times in a row on my answering machine, I could hear background noses and typing, so I called back and they just said hello, I asked their name and they immedietly became aggressive, I wouldn't even let them talk, I asked to be removed from their calling list and they said they cant do that so I threatened to call police if they called again, they did anyway, I just blocked the number, but I think they are using another number now. must be a scam.dont give any info to them
