She coming to serve me papers

recieved a call from someone who stated they were with the local processors office with some papers to serve and want to know if I knew who the person sending them was and gave me this number to call for more information. Never knew of a processor to call before serving and  I did not call that number.

Received a call from a young lady by the name of (Emily Dawlson) stating that she was calling from our local solicitors office to serve papers today, was told per this lady that  I will need to contact CRG & associate(844-233-5450) in order to stop these proceedings. I then ask the young lady what were the papers for, she then stated  she didn't know but she would be at my place of business sometime this week.

Did she ever show up?

Got the same call with the same name, where are you located?

This is a scare tactic to make you give them money to make it go away.

My family and co-workers received a call from a woman named Barbara giving this number stating that she was serving them with paperwork and that they needed a witness on hand and two forms if ID when she shows up. If you am not there, she will come to your place of business. Calling family and co-workers is illegal. I called the number to get to the bottom of this and they said that they are not affiliated with the woman that called. Papers were filed with the county, it must be them.

First thing I did was call the county. They moved me around to every possible department and none of them have anything on file for me. None of them use the service of a company or person that would give an opportunity for you to call a number to resolve the issue. Once papers are filed with the county, there is no number you can call. You're going to court. They do not call you in advance to prepare you to be home let alone provide a witness, that is laughable.

I called the company back and left them a voicemail advising them of their blatant lie in having an affiliation with the caller and that the activity is illegal. The courts will definitely side with the county that they were not involved and that it is in their best interest to stop all communications attached to my file.

Get it in writing folks. If you get calls like this, file a complaint with your county, the attorney general and the FTC.

I got the same call, the company name they gave me was Capital Resolution group which is part of the RBS.....Bank of Scotland....
they said that I owed them  $5,000 for a payday loan I did not take out and would settle for $1000.

Didn't pick up, and I am glad I didn't by reading this report. Thank you all above!!!
