Got the same number  844 235 0902 calling me .... harassing me ...Calling from a unknown number .
Stating that i had a debit from the bank and that it was charged off .... but if i settled it today it will be 400 no 489 then 150 a month .mean while some one is calling my mom stating that i should be in court and gave her a fake case number so i called the court house they gave me the criminal court not civil .... then Ruby Jackson said that theyre gonna serve me come to my job gave a old address where i lived not a current one said i would be investigated my wages ganished ... bank levy taxes taken you name it .....
and i had a hour to call him back .... i owe 14000 the bank the fees are 1500 so iam looking to owe 2900 omg God help these ppl

Got a call from Chris Saunders stating i was going to be served court papers and that I need to call back immediately. Left this number. Two weeks ago got a call from a Jonathan Miles and a female stating they were going to serve me papers and they used this 1-844-426-1170. This is a scam from a debit collector trying to scare people. They will call all relatives linked to you. I waited last time and I was never served papers. Hope this helps someone.

These are some of the numbers associated with these people. You can look them up and read what everyone else is going thru with these fake people. 1-844-426-1170 and 1-844-206-0779 some of the names are Ray Jackson, Jonathan Miles and Chris Saunders. I am sure there are more.

I got a phone message from them that I had to call back in an hour to avoid summons to appear in court. They said they were from LA county "you have been served". Their message said I would lose by default if I didn't contact them immediately. They said I had to arrrange to be home between 3 and 5 to be served or I would lose. I thought I had missed a summons to appear in court and was going to lose a case I didn't know had been filed against me!. But I don't know who they are or what it is about so I google the phone number and this site came up. The woman's name was Mrs. Diaz. I think this is illegal harrassment

They keep calling me from different numbers saying I'm going to go to court over an old pay day loan. I have never taken out a payday loan in my life. They have all my information and they are very rude if you talk to them and try to ask questions. I've beem hung up on by them 3 times after telling them what they are doing is fraudulent. Ask them to mail you correspondence to whatever address they have on file. Never ever give them any of your information. Don't even confirm who you are or any information.

I received a call from 888-782-3210 to call back Anthony at 844-235-0902 about an unpaid payday loan from 2011. How can we stop these people?

How do they get our information? Anthony from Delaware Solutions 844-235-0902 had a lot of my personal information claiming I owed money on a payday loan from 2011. Payment processing company is BRACLAIRE. Has anyone heard from him?

I have been getting calls for the last couple weeks.

Same phone number called me. Scared me at first, I asked for proof to be emailed to me. Haven't seen anything from them yet.

I have been receiving calls as well. The latest said his name was Anthony St John saying he's calling about a legal matter. He said he was hired to perform an asset and financial background check using my name and social somewhere in Scott County. Totally a scam. Same number 844-235-0902

I got a call from 1-844-235-0902 a lady names Elaine Young claiming that I was repeat financial offender and threats to take make to court  over a payday loan. This person also got my fathers phone number and was leaving messages on his answering machine. SCAM. Someone trying to get money out of people but somehow they have lots of information at their fingertips to be getting my family members #'s. I have never used my fathers phone number in my life for anything so I do not know how they even got it. Don't tell these people anything more about you than they already know and do not give any monetary information to them by any means.
