    I had a similar situation happen to me. They claimed to be sending a deputy sheriff to my job to arrest me because I didn't pay a 200 loan that was also fradulent. Legally they are not allowed to call your job if they are fradulent.  Real companies that are trying to collect a debt don't call your place of employment if you tell them not to you. I would call them and tell them that they are doing something illegal and you will be filing complaints.  If you try and talk to them you will see how much of a scam they have going on.

    I wish I had paid my bill . I ended up in court PAYING  a bunch of bulls--- so i dont think their a scam unless it was  a fake judge, court room, and a fake sheriff who came and serve  me papers everybody not a scam when you borrow money, I'm just glad its  over . my best advices is make sure your paying the right company and take and out of court settlement and get a letter so no one else can come after you for the same debt, trust your going to pay way more in court, unless your rich to beat the banks attorneys.

    You should have posted your name as ASHILLY; it would be more appropriate.  You said, "I ended up in court paying a bunch of bulls."  The "bunch of bulls" part is a Freudian slip; a really good one.  You are, in fact, "a bunch of bulls."  Your post is replete with grammatical and spelling errors but the "bunch of bulls" is so classic, I just had to comment.  So Ashilly, the point is that your lie is recognized, noted, and funny.  Well Done.

    You are an illiterate lying shill who can't compose a basic sentence and can't spell basic words.  You make the Indian shills seem sharp.  Your story isn't even believable (so the attorney's for the banks work for the JDB/Zombie collection outfit?)

    Hey, even if I'm wrong, this situation doesn't speak well for you.  You would be a deadbeat who stiffed a creditor and got sued, why would anyone listen to you?

    You want to tell us:

    1.  Name of court
    2.  Name of Plaintiff
    3.  Address of Court
    4.  Case #
    5.  When  it was filed

    You can't object, because court records are public matters.

    But of course, you can't, because you're basically a shill.

    You work with this group called ELS Associates.  Or whatever they are calling  themselves now.

    I received a call from these people and they are a collection agency that will have all your information, state that you have an outstanding payday loan from LOANS.com, and if you want to settle your account they will work with you.  I never received a loan from these people which I supposedly got back in 2011 for $500.00, and now they say it is $2000.00.  I informed the lady that I spoke with to send me something in the mail with all the information.

    This message is from collection company you can not go to Jail in the United States for A debt and has been that way since our country was founded in the 1700's. These people our dumb and anybody who pays them our even dumber. There Direct Number is 319-553-5656.
    The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

    •is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
    •refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
    •asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
    •exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

    If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:

    •Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
    If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.•Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
    •Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
    •Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
    •Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.
