The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face! And be very very leery of numbers when you look to call the real ones, there are fake websites up. Never call numbers from pop ups either, thats scareware.
Someone that cold calls claiming your computer is sending virus warnings out to them is totally full of it! Your computer does not send this information to so called "Tech Support", its a lie to gain access to your computer for any number of things including stealing any and all information, passwords and also to part you with your money for this fake service.
