Yes!!!and after much research I found this to be a debt collection agency that attempts to get money from you by saying that a judgment has been filled against you.  This is a SCAM!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH AND AGREE TO NOTHING WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY.

Watch out for Kingston Management.  This company will bully you and make you think there is a judgment against you.   Do your research.  I had to change my banking information because I was scammed by Mrs. Baker. Her number is 844.248.2832x408!! When I looked up the company they are out of Riverside Ca.  She told me she was in orange county.  She brought me to tears then tried to console me by saying she was part of the hardship department and if I agreeded to a payment plan she would stop the judgment right at that moment. After hanging up with her and doing my research I called the main number listed on line and asked for a supervisor.  The call center rep placed me on hold and then came back and stated all the supervisors were in a (bullsh*t I thought). Then all of a sudden Mrs Baker calls me back saying she got word I called with concerns. Right then I knew this was not right.  After going onto this website  I see I'm not the only one who has had an encounter with Mrs. Baker.People do your research.

I have gotten calls from these people as well. I really need to know if they are real or scammers. They got me for 300 and I don't want to pay anymore. I looked at my credit report and this debt is not shown. When I asked about that the lady stated that it most likely was not reported to any of the credit reports. Wtf? Please ease my mind and tell me I'm right that they are not real.
