844-277-3923

I called back and it seems to be a number for Progressive Insurance

This is Progressive Finance.  They are a finance company that Sleepy's use for people who want have their purchase financed

This is an identity theft scam. They have been calling me from multiple numbers yet the number they ask me to call back on is different (844.277.3923). The first thing they asked me for was my Social Security number, and when I wouldn't give it to them then they asked for more personal info. I do not have any accounts with Progressive Finance (if it even exists). When I called the guy out for trying to steal my identity, he hung up on me.

I have been receiving multiple calls from various numbers around the country.  They always ask me to call 844-277-3923.  I've even received a few calls from local numbers.  The message always says that it is an important call from Progressive Finance.  I did research, and they are a loan provider.  They seem to deal with furniture loans and the like.  When I get the calls on my cell, they never ask for me or anyone directly.  I've never had a loan with Progressive Finance.  So, I don't know who they're calling for...

They call me upwards of 10 times a day, from spoofed numbers from all over the country, usually with subtly different caller IDs (Progressive, Prog Leasing, etc). Vague robo voicemail that says to call this number 844-277-3923 immediately. It's an obvious scam, so I block them, but I wish I could get the voicemails to stop, and the subsequent call from the next spoofed number. It's legit harassment, and I've never leased anything from progressive or used the insurance.
