I received a voice mail today, 5/22/2015, about there being a legal issue with a property that we own and I needed to call back within 24 hours to stop the action. I immediately checked my phone call log and the number wasn't shown so I Googled the 844 area code and realized that it was bogus.  No company name was provided with the voice mail.

These people call me from a No Caller ID # 10 times a day and now are calling my work threatening MY HR rep they will have me served at work.  This is ridiculous and must stop.

I got the same call and they also said they were serving papers on someone who used to live with me!  They wanted to serve me with his papers!!  Are you kidding me?!?!

Also received a call stating it was in "my best interests" to phone this number.  delete

got a voicemail about some documents to be sent to the clerks office for my address, but they called private and left this phone number for callback.

I just got a call from this phone number, and my assistant answered. They would not leave a name, they said the company was RC & Associates and gave a reference #. The caller wanted to know if either I or my wife were home because they needed to deliver some legal documents regarding a property we own. The caller could not pronounce either my name or Dianne. I called back and the outgoing message said, "You have reached the corporate office." Sounds so bogus.

ID themselves as Richard Carlson Litigation.

Long history on 800notes.  Sometimes they call themselves RCG.  Or RC Litigation or Richard Carlson Litigation  or   Richard Carlson Law Group and RCG Group.

Calling with the same stuff I see already posted....I work with the county clerks office all the time in the work I do. This is a SCAM and they will harrass you from multiple numbers if you acknowledge them. Reporting them to law enforcement wont help. Also a child answered and they tried to get info out of her. Im appalled at their tactics.

Called and was given vague info and called 844 number and reached voice mail asking for number and case #. No follow through and now it's clear they were phishing for info. I was vague with them and hopefully they didn't get enough info to continue

call all hours of the day including early morning private number, stating that they work for a processor company they have paperwork to serve. The dude could not tell me what it is for just that's its RC and Associates LLC. Very Rude this has to stop. How can you serve a person when you have no information, don't know of the company and you have no dealings with that company.
