This number keeps calling stating that I owe them money. They are stating I borrowed money from a lender in 2012. I have never borrowed money. I think this is a scam. This number needs to be reported. I will be reporting to the ABC News today.

Me too! I received a call from this number with a case number... They called my parents house too! Then when I call back I either get a recording that says," the person that you are trying to reach is not available try again later" or it's busy! If this was legitimate I would think that they would answer the phone!

This must be some new company too... Especially since all the comments from calls are just now coming in today.

A 'private caller' has been leaving a message on our home phone for the past two weeks and it's always a recording asking for a Mary Bryce (nobody we know) with the case # 3234874. They ask you to call them back at 844-279-7423. I called back just now to tell them they had the wrong number and it was a busy signal.

This number called me and my parents and my aunt. I believe it is a scam. You are unable to return the call and just get a busy signal.

It's probably a collection agency. I work in a place where the last person who had my direct tel # had some collection problems. I've gotten quite a few calls for her. My experiences are similar to the ones others listed.

Three calls today: First call was at 11:21 from 866-517-3098 no response then disconnect. Second call 11:41  800-270-9685, this one I did not answer. They left a message with a case number. Third call at 4:32 866-279-7423, I answered this one, recording with case number then press 0. Hold, then busy signal. They ask for a person who has the same last name. Not related at all. We have been dealing with this for 3 years. It never ends. We have told them over and over the person is not related and has never ever had our phone number.

Keeps calling for my brother who I have not lived with since i was married 21 years ago!! Call back and the number is out of service. SCAM!!

I received a call from this number tonight but did not call back. I have been receiving harassing calls from similar numbers (844-279-7422, 844-278-8485, etc) and the one time I got a live person they were threatening to serve me papers and arrest me for a debt I do not owe. They would not provide their company information or information regarding the company they say I owe money to. They say it is a debt from 2012, and when I told them I did not take any loans at that time they continued to say the debt could be anywhere from 2008-2012. They would not send anything in writing or give me any further information except to say that they would accept payment over the phone for half of the $790 they say I owe. When I told them I would not provide any information without receiving proof of debt they said I would pay thousands in lawyer fees and would be arrested at my home or work. I ended up hanging up and am in the process of filing complaints with the attorney general against all the numbers j have documented. They have contacted family members as well. I am not sure what else to do to stop these harassing calls. Very frustrated. Nothing has ever been reported on my credit, nor have j ever received anything in writing regarding any debt owed. I know this is a scam but how do I stop them??

Called my wife's phone when you call back it's a none working number then a hour later called my phone looking for someone else that was not me or my wife

I have also been called week after week with three different phone numbers every time they call they ask for a Jackeye I tell them only walleyes live in this lake. Then I inform them that I am recording this talk and then they tell me we are to. I have heard a lot of scam calls but I find it funny how dumb these people really are I have gotten to the point I look forward to these calls just to point out to them how dumb they really are. ITS A SCAM so have some fun.

Over the past several days, I've received the same message (including the case #) but with another person's name included in the recording. I've blocked the number, however they are still leaving voice mail after voice mail. I'm about to lose it.
