I received a call from a Christopher from legal caring service saying that he has to summons me to something and said that this is his second attempt and that I need two forms of ID and if he reaches me at my work I have to have  a supervisor head of security.

I received the exact same message!

Same Message sounds like a fishing scam.

I received the same message yesterday and today.  I will wait for my summons.... I have received so many of these calls and I am tired Of the threats.  I have already made reports.  I now just totally ignore them. A few times they have spoken to my supervisor.  I have also reported that information.  [***].

Same call received from Christopher Cummings from Legal Caring Services saying this was their second attempt in trying to contact me to serve me a summons. He called on 844-373-7873 and told me to call back on 844-282-7814.
I have received these types of calls about three times prior. Funny they claim to be "Coming " to my home in 72 hours but they never show up.
First, no one calls to tell you they are coming to serve you a summons. Getting served a summons is like a sneak attack.
These guys buy up old debts for pennies on the dollar called "zombie debts"  They are old, or have been payed off or resolved. Don't call them back just block their number or hang up on them This is a scam to scare you and try to get you to pay them to make "this go away."
Remember ANYONE can say ANYTHING on the phone. If they have something they can mail it.

Received 2 calls, 10 minutes apart, one from 844-373-7873 from a Jonathon Duke from legal caring services?? (he was mumbling fast) saying he was scheduled to serve a summons to me at my home or place of employment within 48-72 hours, a supervisor needed to be present if they served at work, ect ect..much like most of you have already reported. The second call from Aleishia at 844-373-7881 in the "hardship department". I called them back, and they kept putting me on hold "looking for my file"..asked me if I received my "paperwork" (no paperwork I've ever seen), then Aleisha made the mistake of trying to pronounce my last name, which was not correct. They had my first name and last 4 of my social, but the last name they presented was a previous married name, which I have not "been" or used in 10+ years. SO, it would be my guess, that some old creditor is trying to get their pennies, and they've resorted to scare tactics. I was alwats under the impression you didn't get warnings when you are served a summons??
