I just recieved a call from this company stating they were going to serve me with court documents. I think this is funny there is no such thing as debtor's jail. This company would not provide me with the physical address or po box or the full name of the company.

I am getting threatening calls from this #. Are they legit?

Piece of crap debt collector using illegal scare tactics to try and scare you into paying a debt that they cannot prove that you owe or may not even owe. Don’t verify any information or promise to make any payments. Good chance statute of limitation has already passed. Pay them no attention.

Warning signs for companies like these:
Requires immediate payment
Is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
Refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
Asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
Exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.
Claim to be mailing you items (but you never got anything)
Says” it’s to late to mail anything out now”

A woman keeps calling me saying I owe a $1000 Loan from 2009 (File number DD10281; and they are going to issue a warrant for my arrest. When I began to ask questions, she said she was going to serve me with papers and then hung up on me. I called back 6 times and got no answer. I have decided a real company would not act that way. She says she's from mediation, but won't accept a payment amount. I called this morning (1week later) after 8 rings, I got a male voice mail stating this was the
Office of Arbitrator Cruz. I want this threatening calls to stop. I'm reporting this number everywhere I can.

These people keep calling my family phone saying I owe "bounce checks" and have a tax lean. I figured it was a scam because I have gotten these calls before. Anyone have any additional information on this company?

They're a total scam. Tell them if they want to take you to court, you'd really appreciate the ride. :)
