This is a debt collection company.  Since we have no debt I called to find out why I was being called.

Mistaken identity.

I also received a call from this debt collection company....they want info from you that they should have......is this a scam....debt collectors send you letters requesting payment........we have never received from this company.

I keep getting a call from this company - EOS CCA debt collector. I have no debt ! Isn't this against the law? Isn't it considered harassment? I actually called the number back to see what was going on. After 5 minutes on hold, I said forget it. I will just keep deleting the messages !!! I answered one time, again was placed on hold ....

I tried to call back but they put me on hold every time. I can't even tell them they have the wrong person !

Calling before 10Am not leaving a message and don't give a rats ass if it is a collection agency, leave a [***] message or stop calling and try calling at a normal hour!

Collection agency or not do not call at 8:10 am let alone before 10 am and won't even deal with them I will answer scream in their ear about rude they are and hang up before they can say a damn word! What ever happened to common courtesy!

Received so-call debt collection recording. I hung up and called back. Placed on hold. I started complaining about length of hold. Music stopped. Hold continued as tho someone was listening. Finally they answered wanted info from me: Name, address. I said who are you calling about? They said couldn’t tell me it was against the law, because I called them. I said well call me back. She said I can’t do that the Fed. Govt blah blah, I HUNG UP.

Called at 8:05 on a Saturday Morning with the name Sandy Pogan on Caller ID

Phone keeps ringing around 8am in the morning numerous times a week
I tried calling back and computer keeps answering the call putting me on hold and if I hang up the computer calls me right back. yes it has worked,  you pissed me off. Stop calling or mail me something so I can contact you with my thoughts

First the number area code 844 is not assigned to a geographical area its a tollfree number anyway i called them back and gave them my number then she asked for Dave? i ask (who is is Dave and then i told her there was no dave that had ever live here. My wife has been gone for ten years and sence i only have girls and none of my son in laws are name dave. You have obesely made a mistake. Then she got pissed off and said (your Dave) then i told her i a calm voice: you need to listen because there has never been a dave here ever! Then she got irate and wanted my info:YA RIGHT! LIKE I AM GOING TO GIVE HER THAT!! (Ya OK. NOT!!!) so now i am getting a little mad now, So i informed her: i can get up to $1,500 per call for harassment; thats the law, also did you know that in this state if this is a old debt past ten years you cannot collect it, acording to my son in law who is an Attorney. So she fires back at me saying so i can get $1,500 for you giving me crap right now! So I told her, you go right ahead and do that, this one time call versus the nine that i have not erased from my answering machine!! and the 15 on my caller I D?  One, there is no dave here and Two, i can sue you fore wrongful prosecution plus the harassment! So bring it on Ma am, please do so! lets bring this Scam out in the open!! becase you sure sound like the same voice that called and told a friend of mine that she was giong to be arested because of an old I R S debt! Ah just for Info, The I R S does not call you; they send a registered letter
