They didn't call me, the number came up on a pop-up while I was browsing the internet saying that my Windows Computer had been infected with 13 viruses. It's the classic, "give us control of you computer to fix it and give us money" I called, and Indian man picked up.

***couldn't shut down my system or get off my browser.  I unplugged my system from the wall.  it seems to have worked.

P.S.  The phone hung up and they called me right back from  800-896-6407.  Wanted me to hold down some keys on my keyboard.  I did, but common sense made me let go and unplug the system.  hope it worked
