- renee karr| 1 replythis company offer a consultation and help with chronic pain, I answered some questions online then supposedly a doctor called me to recommend a topical pain cream, which is ridiculous since my pain is from neck fusions. I told them I wanted nothing to do with the company or their product. The next day there was a charge to my insurance. I called them and told them they had submitted a fraudulent charge and asked how they got my insurance information. Of course they promised to cancel it. I had to turn over to fraud department of my insurance company.******FRAUD***FRAUD***FRAUD

- GaleMy husband was contacted by someone offering a non-narcotic topical cream. He has arthritis so wanted to try something other than a pill. He answered questions and was told a doctor would be calling for further consultation. He did give out his insurance info. That was two months ago. I was wondering why it has taken so long so I decided to check 800notes and now find out we’ve been scammed. Calling my insurance company on Monday to see if a fraudulent claim was filed by these scammers. They need to be shut down!

- NancyMy husband, who has A LOT of medical problems, received a call offering help with pain management. He gave his entire medical history, plus our medical insurance information, and was told a doctor would call him to discuss his case and issues. This was about a week ago. The woman he spoke with said the doctor would most likely prescribe a topical cream. As if that would help! To date there's been no doctor call. However, when I found out my husband didn't initiate this call, I thought it may be a scam. After reading other comments, apparently it is. I contacted our insurance / pharmacy and explained the situation to them. No charges on our prescription plan to date and they're putting our account on a possible fraud alert status

- BigA replies to K.m.You were scammed big time. That "pain creme" is worthless junk that is probably extremely dangerous to use. "They had all of my info on file"? What does that mean?
