calling asking to fix my computer when i dont have an issue they use scare tactics.

There has been a number of recorded messages on my VM.  I called back today.  I got someone that stated they had installed software on my computer last year, gave me my name and other info but when I stated I would have someone look into it was told that they would be unable to and he got snippy and hung up.

Everyday an Automated call repeating 3 times over the message that the security software that they installed on my computer last year has red flagged a virus. Call number back to get it fixed. Annoying sounding female voice who's face I'd like to shove my fist in, grab her spinal cord and pull her brain out from her mouth.

No kind of an answer from your number, they only get a ringing phone and eventually tired of calling numbers that have no answer. They can't get what they're after most--a live voice--so the calls will continue if they're getting a machine. They cannot trick you out of personal/financial info or break into your computer through an automatic answer. Give them no kind of answer and see if the calls don't stop. Be patient and let the phone ring or try blocking the number.

This number calls me repeatedly as well.  Clearly fraudulent.

Calls every day and leaves voicemail about a virus they detected. Must be IYOGI pulling the same crap that they are being sued for. I wonder if other people also did use IYOGI at one time. It's a scam.

Calls and leaves message about security breach in software?? Won't be answering this call.

Same thing as above; we installed software last year and now we are receiving messages that you have something wrong. I have blocked this type of call; and think I must have forgotten to block this when they called earlier this week. So I just keep blocking these calls.

Same song as everyone else .. .. ..computer fraud, bank fraud, etc. I've blocked them so I don't even hear the phone ring!

These scanners even left a mmg. I saved the voicemail. A lot of nerve.  Said they put software on my computer last year and noticed a security breach.

Been receiving same calls about security software they claim they installed on my computer (BS), that is now infected. Two months now.  Evenings, weekends, etc.  Placed a call block on these dirt bags. There should be a way to press charges against these SCAMMERS

Same thing here...same number (844-331-3289). I called back and actually got a live person who tried to tell me he was from Windows and he was going to tell how to fix the red flagged problem myself.  He also said it was an outside internet security breach, the same thing he said last year. He is the person that called last year with a similar scam. I called Windows last year when this happened and the Microsoft Windows Tech said there is no such thing as an outside/overall security for your internet. Your security is the password you put on your internet/WiFi to protect it. The Tech from Microsoft Windows also told me that Microsoft never calls people or puts messages on people's computers.  This number is BS and a scam!

Same computer red flag story. Blocked the number. Get the identical recording from different numbers   I just block them too. Dell will never call you either - just FYI for you since there's another scammer out there with a Dell computer problem story. These scammers need to get a life.

They do have a life, they scam stupid people out of billions of $$$'s every year. I'm in the wrong business!
