Received a call from this number on my cell in Ontario, Canada, Sept. 2, 2015

He left me a message and had my full name and said he was calling from CAA.

Sounds suspicious to me. Might be a collection agent trying to trick people into answering the phone.

Its from CCA Commercial Credit Adjusters...which is a collection agency. It often works on behalf of Bell Canada. If you are getting calls from them,then you probably have already gotten a letter in the mail.

Calls come from Sorel-Tracy (Qc), they are trying to reach someone else... very annoying (2X-3X/week)

I have no account with Bell Canada, this doesn't explain them calling me. I owe nothing to no one, no collection agency is coming after me.

They called my work line multiple times. I picked up one day and dude on the other side was speaking French. I asked him for English and see if I could help him with something, but he kept talking in French. I told them they've called a security phone and that they are to cease calling immediately. I have no idea who these clowns are. I've blocked them, so we'll see if they try to make contact again. And if they do, the authorities will be involved.
