message says "a formal complaint has been filed against... (my name), if you know the whereabouts of this person press 1 (or whatever key) the next step will be filing the necessary paperwork with the county court"  - so I called the number back hit 0 for the next rep and got dead air.... what a joke.  Wasting my time does not make me happy, I can't get that time back. Jerks.

this number has been harassing my family. Pretends to put a warrant out for our arrest or see us in court if we don't pay them immediately over the phone. A scam! Do not even answer or engage with them. They told me they dealt with legal actions for child services, real estate, and debt collection. non of which apply to our family. They went as far as to call my moms old work and other family members someone. We tracked it to India but thats about as far as we got.

Same here but they said it was my Ex Wife they were looking for. I haven't seen or talked to her in over 20 years.

Just got the call, same male voice but robotic voice listing my brother in law as the target of complaint. No name, business, or identifying information.

This company contacted me and wanted banking information and my social security number but refused to give me any info other than the business name CSS.

They keep calling the university where I work, when I call back they threaten to take legal action. They are nasty and rude, I don't even identify themselves other than CSS, whatever that is.

Got a call over a complaint for "Kathy White" and that I should call back with info. Just block these jerks. How come scammers can get away with this crap?

Same material as other posters have said; calls from 844-365-2865 saying "they have a complaint against me ( but a robo-recording actually said my name) and that anyone knowing where this individual is" better call them right back. Pfffftttttttt. I owe NO DEBTS I don't pay on regular as clockwork and I've never done a wrong thing in my life. THIS IS A SCAM!! They leave NO identifying info or business name!!!

Just got the same message as the above. SMH Then I got one yesterday from a different number 888-669-0132 and its the same scammers. Be aware!!!!!! They are calling family members and all.

Keep getting this call.  I don't answer cuz I don't know who it is. They leave a voicemail saying its a urgent matter looking for the whereabouts of... Then a robotic voice says my name... If you know the whereabouts please call this number or legal action will be filed in county court.  They do not say a company name.

So frustrated.  We've been getting these calls about my husband for over a year now.  Initially it was just my husband and I and we knew it was a scam, but now they've called my mother and completely freaked her out.  Luckily she is smart and didn't give them any information about him (though she did tell them that he was a father), but now I'm nervous about who else they're going to call.  He has a great job with a high profile company... Would they ever call there?  The call to my mother has me worried that they will go to any lengths and my mother called me after in tears because the man was so rude to her.  He asked her to pay his debt saying that he would send her grandchildren's father to jail if she didn't.  This is insane.  I shouldn't have, but I called him today to give him a piece of my mind and he hung up on me.  I called back, same man answered.  I called back, same man answered and he called me a "c***".  This is insane and it seems as though it's a one man show!  Is there anything to be done about this?

I ignored 2 calls cuz they showed up on callerID as they are unavailable. So why should anyone pick up the phone to answer that?

Jerk!!!! They called my work provided cell phone. Can we put in a complaint about this "automated" guy who's trying to scam families out of their hard working dollar!!!! I blocked his number.

The same ppl have called me, my ex boyfriend, and HIS ex girlfriend looking for my where abouts for an urgent legal court matter. So annoying can't somebody do something about these people???
