I got a call from this number claiming they had a complaint on me and to call them back.  Of course I'm not calling them back.

I received a call and a voicemail by this in my family's phone number .. Saying that i gotta pay them right away 600$ and that i have a court date and if i miss paying 600$ to pay them 300$ to close the case or pay 5000$ in the court.. I never received a court date and anything ' ll always get a letter on the mail ' not ppl harrassing you to give them money right away.. they called from a private number and left this one ..

Scam. These guys mix up their legal jargon in a frankly embarrassing way. They claim there's a lawsuit connected to your ssn and date of birth, which makes zero sense because generally when people file complaints they don't input that information on the face of the complaint. They seem to be trying to pose as process servers (i.e., the people who deliver court papers to you when you are sued), but process servers would not try to call the person they are delivering to prior to delivery. They really eerie thing is that they may have access to information tangentially connected to you. They called me and addressed me by my sister's name, and referenced an old family address. This kind of info is something they can cull from public data websites and they seem to be trying to use it to hook people and scare them.

These people called my ex-husband about an apartment we supposedly had in 2010. We were divorced in 2008. It's a huge scam and not the first text I've dealt with this.

Entire family got a message that my sun was being subpoenaed in a civil lawsuit and that he needed to take immediate action. Gave 844-383-2090 along with a case number. All of us got calls within two minutes of each other

One of my firm's clients had received a telephone call from this "company"

The "Company" Identifies as "ACS" mediation services.  They claim to be a "mediation service" (that isn't even a thing).

This is a scam.  John and Ryan there are idiots - have no knowledge of the actual law that they are pretending to represent.

They will claim they are calling to serve you papers (that is not how a subpoena works), they will claim that they will see you in court, again that is not how it works.

Tell them to Cease and Desist all contact will you.
