Called me said I took a loan didn't pay. Threatened me and a man said see you in court. I'm reporting this to the authorities.   I never took a loan.  He sounded scary and crazy.  844-408-9053

Called my family and threatened to come to my place of business. Did not say what it was regarding. Gave name Trevor Leagy.

I had my attorney call these folks after they called with some case number saying I took out a payday loan. After they kept calling he contacted them then they did not have me in there system and didn't give him any more info. He is investigating this so call company. Do not give them any info about you. Its fraud.....also the FBI fraud division is checking into it.

These people had all my information.  I even asked for a letter of validation and they provided me with that as well as the name of the original creditor.  I contacted the company, and they had all of my info as well.  I then contacted my bank to send statements because I never got any payday loan.  As poor as I am, I am sure I would have noticed if 300 dollars magically appeared in my account.

I received a call from a lady from a restricted number saying she was a private courier of my local sheriff department and that she had papers to serve me regarding a notice to appear in court.  She said she would be over the next day to give me the papers.  I asked her what this was about and conveniently enough she said she had no information but she had a phone number, extension to the people taking me to court and my case number.  So, I called the number.  These people don't know how to say hello.  I got hung up on 3 times.  The 4th time I got some guy who sounded MEAN.  He "looked up my case number" and came back and asked if I was so and so and said it was regarding a payday loan in the amount of $300.  I asked him who the payday loan was through and he said Canyon Creek LLC.  I told him I never took out a payday loan, etc and he argued back saying they have all my information.  I said, "really?" and he gave me my e-mail address I used, the checking account number to the bank I used (which wasn't even my checking account number but the bank name was right) and said I used my ex husband as a reference.  Funny because we don't even talk!  The guy even had my social security number!  I didn't tell him if the info was correct but I just argued with him I didn't do this and asked how the money was sent to me.  He said they could have deposited it into my account, mailed me a check, used to it to pay a bill like student loans or wired it to me.  I asked him for proof and he said he didn't have the information how I got the money.  I told him I was concerned it may be identity theft and instead of helping me he yelled me saying "it's our word against yours" and that I was facing fraud charges and jail time for lying on the application because when they supposedly went to get their money back my account was closed.  I hung up on the guy and immediately called my sheriff department who told me I was the 4th call to them that day regarding the same call.  They reassured me they don't use a private courier service.

Fearful over the fact the guy had my social, I called the FTC and reported them.  I also called Experian to put a fraud alert on credit.  I even called the bank I banked with at the time to speak to a loan officer who told me that anytime you do an online payday loan it HAS to be EFT, electronic funds transfer.  So they won't over my statements and did not see a deposit of $300.  I checked my credit report to see if anything was fishy on there and the bank even gave me the number to Teletrak which can see every bad check you write and payday loans since most payday loans won't show up on your credit.  I'm clear.  I even called the courthouse to see if I had a court date and they said no.

This makes me sick because these people have been successful at tricking people into paying them.  it's sad because here we are, working hard to MAKE our money, build our credit and here are these people sitting on there butts scamming people like us!

If they "lady" comes over, the cops will be waiting to take "her" into custody...<That 844 number isn't established until the FCC signs it.

I got a couple of calls last week from EMS....different toll free number, they wouldn't even tell  me why they were calling other than a debt I owe...I told them never to call again.  So yesterday got another call from this number and today a vm from an unknown caller..EMS...leaving me a message that they were from the Sheriffs dept in  my county and to be available tomorrow from noon to 3 to sign papers, if I wanted it to stop I was to call the number ext 406...I left vm, called a couple more times telling them to leave me alone they are frauds...they keep saying see you in court.  I have received NOTHING in the mail, nothing is on my credit report...I do  NOT owe anything

I have reported these people to FOUR govt agencies for breaking the law in their fraudulent collection practices

This is a total debt scamming operation. No legitimate process server lets you know in advance they are coming by .  Go to your local Sheriff's department and make a complaint.  Sheriff's would like to know who is impersonating them.

A lady call and said I owe a $300 loan out from 2012 and willing for me to pay it without them taking me to court. Court cost will be $3000 if I don't pay and I will get papers sent to the house by the police. I dont remember taking out this loan and they need to stop calling. I file a police report because its a scam.

Josh call me on Monday evening telling me that he was a private courier needed to give me  a package in person either at my work or at home.

Number calls almost every day. Just received a call which they threatened they would come to my work and home. When I called to ask questions they had no one available... How fitting.
